Liked: very good location, good facilities, the things for breakfast where there all the day

Disliked: you have to carry your suitcase up to the 4th floor because there is no elevator. the hostel is not signed out, little bit strange. the walls are not so isolating, you everything from the kitchen or the corridor. the bed was a little nit small.

Liked: The hopstel is fantastic and in a very good location,, Karim and Ana are very nice and helpful

Liked: It was in a perfect location, very close to thenightlife of Lisbon, but the street itslef wasnt too loud as it was mostly restaurants on it. The staff were very helpful, telling us how to get to the beaches, where the best places were to go etc

Disliked: It was on the 5th floor of the building, with no lift, so carrying oour luggage up was a struggle. Also the key they gave us for the door into the hostel was very difficult to use.

Liked: The location was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was served in the do-it-yourself manner (toasts, jam, cereals, milk, coffee, tea).

Disliked: there's no permanent reception, so people must call a portoguese mobile phone to open the door on their first day, that is a bit annoying.

Liked: Internet connection unlimitted, we can use the kitchen and the fridge, the room is nice and private, the location is nice despite the people at night.

Disliked: We don't have staff at the hostel almost any time (when we arrived, we had to go upstairs 4 floors with the luggage without lift and wait 20 minutes or more for the girl, seated on the stairs). When we arrived in the area close the hostel, many people try to offer us drugs in the middle of the street (but in the other days, we look less like tourists, so they didn't approach too much. And we had some problems with our key to the building (we were lucky to find someone to open the door for us).

Liked: The staff was very helpful. Location was very convenient with lots of things to do and food nearby. Rooms were clean and charming. Nice kitchen area for cooking and storing food.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, we stayed in a twin room and it was clean and spacious with a small balcony to dry clothes on. The only problem is there is no air conditioning and no lift so when you´re tired the walk up the four floors can be very tiring especially in summer or if you have heavy luggage. Also there was only one toilet on our floor but this didn´t prove to be much of a problem. Overall we had a great stay here, the kitchen and free laundry gives it a homely feel. The free wireless internet was also very handy. An ideal place to stay if you want to explore lisbon city centre but it was a also a nice place to chill in your room

Liked: Awesome/helpful manager who is mostly present anyway. Awesome location (in middle of Baixa) and value for money. Simply/adequately furnished with new Ikea furniture. Daily room clean and fresh towels on request. Highly recommended.

Liked: the staff (anna) was very kind. maybe a second table and chairs would be nice for example next to the bathroom, there is space, so that all can have breakfast in the morning. i would book again this hostel, if i would stay in lissabon again.

Liked: Sweethome Lisbon is a very tidy, clean, quiet hostel. Its location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Lisbon. It is only a short walk from many of the 'attractions', as well as only being a short walk from the routes of the Aerobus, and Tram 28 (don't miss Tram 28). The owners are very helpful and available. Note - the hostel has no indication of its existence on the exterior door, and very little indication on the floors that it occupies!

Liked: Great location and really clean premises. We had the double bed ensuite room but the main bathroom was pretty big and there didn't seem to ever be a queue for the shower. Would highly recommend this hostel to anyone travelling to Lisbon. The owners, Anna and Karim, were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely go back again!

Liked: This was a great place to stay in a great location. It would be hard to find a better place in Lisboa. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly and I don't think I've had a better nights sleep since I've been in Europe. The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were also immaculate. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and stay here again on my next visit. Thanks!

Liked: Very nice and helpful staff, very clean rooms and toilets. Many facilities available for guests use - fully equiped kitchen, ironing desk and washing machine. Also the owner provided basic food (tea, bread, jam, milk, cornflakes and so on), so you could actually prepare breakfast for free. The minus was that my room was really small and the rooms were not well isolated accustically from each other. But it was in the very centre of city, where you have old builidings, so I suppose it would be the same with accustics in every hostel located there.
