Directions (how to arrive at the establishment) : From the Airport the best way is to take a taxi, which will cost you 10/15 Euros to Alfama (For better service take the taxi up in the departures entrance as the taxi drivers are in a better mood for short distances….) Tell the taxi driver that the street is in Alfama and to get there by Rua dos Remedios ( most Alfama is closed to traffic )

If you arrive by train get out of the train at Santa Apolonia station and walk straight from the main entrance pass to the military museum and then after the first street turn right up the first stairs. Go up, turn right again and then left. In the first street there will be a square. Rua Santo Estevão is the street in the lower part of the square nearby the children playground.
