Liked: location not too far out, 2 metro stations near (walk up- or downhill) but you can walk the distance.great, helpful staff.wifi + 2 computers freereally good breakfastclean roomsbathrooms ok, enough showersgood kitchennice common room

Disliked: bathrooms ok, not that clean 14 persons per room might be too many.. it was quite noisy, i guess you are lucky or not..

Liked: The beds are clean and confortable and the hostel is in a good location!

Disliked: We were in 2 people, but the staff gave to us just one locker. The reception is NOT open 24 hours!

Liked: Good chilled out atmosphere!

Disliked: Strange shower situation - 3 showers in main washroom and no locks, which meant very difficult to avoid being seen naked. No airconditioning in heat, and also on a noisy road.

Liked: B&W is a very nice place to stay, quieter than some of the other hostels I have been in which isn't always a bad thing! The staff go out of there way to help you and maintain the hostel very well, kitchen and common room facilities good.

Disliked: Only criticism is the lack of an obvious place to get changed discretely, I used the showers it wasn't a huge problem

Liked: It has a lot of things to offer, free wifi,breakfast,the bar.The staff are very helpful and the service is good.

Disliked: The number of showers is too small, and also the showers should be a bit bigger and cleaner.

Liked: This hostel was 10 out of 10!! i highly recommend everyone stay here, the staff are so helpful and great kitchen with supermarket 2 minutes away. clean and very safe.. excellent internet connection.. and BREAKFAST was fantastic.. not your normal continental breakfast this hostle really goes that extra mile.. trust me stay here, you wont be disapointed!! :-)

Liked: The beds make too many noise when I turn around on bed...also a bit crowded, and the toilet is not good...becoz female and male share the bathroom, although there is a female bathroom, only a small one and no place to wash hands in female bathroom, it is better to have more bathroom for girls

Liked: The main room was a fun place to meet people. you couldnt shower past 12 because of the nabours, but thats okay. They had good information about the city in a booklett that was made by the hostel. The hostel should make a bigger sign to the building because we walked by it a couple of times. The kitchen is small but did its job. you had to pay to use the stove. I think it was 1 euro. Good stay overall, friendly staff. Lisbon is a great city to see.

Liked: Black & White is just so nice. It has a very relaxed atmosphere with a lot of character (I love their decoration, from the dorm to the bathroom! lol). Beds are comfy, staff is super nice. I always got an answer with a smile :) And it's probably one of the cheapest hostel in Lisbon... so come on, go for it!!! Ohhh, and by the way... the breakfast is quite good as well ;)

Liked: Sem dúvida foi o melhor hostel que fiquei nos últimos tempos pois é esta com uma boa localização logo achei ele assim que cheguei em Lisboa, é limpo aconchegante, e isso é muito bom. Sem falar que o preço é muito acessivel e nos oferecem café da manhã, coisa que a maioria dos hostel não tem!Com certeza recomendarei esse hostel para as pessoas que eu souber que vão até Lisboa...
