Liked: I only stayed 1 night but found it quiet. Fresh fruit store right out the front door which was nice. Tasty crusty rolls, with a variety of spreads and cereals for breakfast. When approached, the staff were helpful, but they did not go out of their way.

Liked: painted funky colours and very bright. people were very friendly and its in a great location...right in bairro alot which is a really fun neighbourhood.

Liked: Lovely staff and very relaxing atmosphere, free net, great little supermarket/corner shop for fruit for brekky right out the front door, oh and free breakfast too- area not so safe for girls to walk on their own at night but fine during the day

Liked: It's a real youth hostel, you do everything by yourself. Except it is now under decoration, there's just one bathroom in the toilette, it's very inconvience to have a bath whistle others can com'in.

Liked: Filomena is a kindly woman who help us to feel a little more comfortable leaving us alone in our own room.The only dark point is the bathtube... Men bathtubes are broken and we had to share all one in women bathroom...

Liked: We really liked this hostel. The staff were very helpful and gave good advice on places we should go. The rooms are really colorful and bright and the lockers are nice and big so our huge backpacks could fit right in. There was a slight issue with the fact that only one shower for the whole hostel was working, but we made it, and they kindly gave us a discount on the price for the inconvenience. Breakfast was really good - rolls, coffee, juice, cereal, etc. and it was a good atmosphere for meeting new people. Location was really good too - close to lots of transportation and in a good neighborhood for bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!
