EVERYTHING... the staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Breakfast, the mini bar and the hostel events were great. I would definitely come back anytime.

EVERYTHING. the staff. the rooms. the security. the breakfast. the activities. the free internet. it was definately the best hostel i have ever stayed at... ahead of every other hostel by far. i really dont want to leave.

hands down the most fantastic hostel that i have ever stayed in. Amazing location so close to eveerything, great staff, awsome facilities, great vibe and lots of things organised each evening, so a great way to meet others. Take an eye mask though because of te central location and the light coloured curtians the rooms are realy light all night long. Wouldnt stay anywhere else though its truly an amazing hostel.

All of the above, only minus is that it at first seems a bit hidden, and that the main door is so heavy, but this is nothing compared to all the good things. Thanks.

The common areas of this hostel were amazing -- so comfortable and welcoming. The drinks offered were reasonable and their events were great. The staff were also wonderful -- helpful and friendly.

Very cosy place, with nice and spacious common area including computer room, TV room and dining area. Also has electronic safe and provides pad lock to store own property. Great place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an early morning flight and next morning, and even though breakfast service was not to begin for another hour, they made me breakfast anyway. Best hostel I've ever stayed at.

Everything is good about this hostel, the stuff are super-friendly, parties organised by hostel to get to know portugese culture and to make friends, the breakfast was great and filling, the internet works fast here and the shower was hot and clean, security was very good, and location was in the central shopping district, best hostel i have stayed so far.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, great breakfast, good security for you and your belongings, and something organised every night to bring all the travellers together. I have been travelling for nearly a year now and this is the best hostel I have stayed at!

The atmosphere is laid back, fun, and social. The common space is one of the most comfortable I have experienced in a European hostel. Plus, the owner puts a great deal of love into the cleaniness, and offerings, you can tell he works hard everyday to make it the best experience for travellers. Oh, one last thing...it is now non-smoking which makes the common space more comfortable for everyone.

This hostel is the best hostel i have ever stayed in. I would definately recommend it to anyone wanting a fun, safe, clean place to stay. The staff were SO friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was free, and included hot eggs, cooked on the spot. The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely clean, the internet was free, there is a tv room with a huge range of dvd's, and a kitchen and lounge room as well. Lockers are provided in the rooms, and also have a safe in them. The lockers are huge, definately big enough for a large suitcase. The staff were happy to recommend places to eat, and helped us find good walking tours, shops and generally helped us with anything we needed. There is also a laundry service.
Out of all the hostels i've stayed in, this was the best.

This hostal is amazing, so comfortable! This place is more homely than home. I didn`t want to leave. I can`t put into words how good this place is!!! Plus there is the beautiful Nana on reception.
