Liked: Clean, big-sized rooms, very friendly staff, excellent freshly cooked breakfast!

Disliked: Can't think of anything, this is one of the best hostels I've stayed at.

Liked: loved everything. staff is super friendly, free breakfast and use of hairdryers, rooms are spacious and clean... i could go on. this is by far the best hostel i've stayed in.

Liked: The location was great and the staff were the friendliest I have ever had in a hostel, and very very helpful. The free breakfast was really good, and it was a really great place to meet people. The common areas were also really comfortable and clean.

Disliked: The kitchen could have been a bit bigger. If more than one person wanted to use it at a time, it was a bit of a problem.

Liked: Amazing atmosphere, and probably the most friendly staff i've ever met in an hostel. The facilities are very good, the value for money is excellent! The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging sociality. I made friends in no time and never wanted to leave. By far the best hostel i've stay at. Thank you guys for the ultimate lisbon experience, I will definitely come back in the future. G.

Liked: A very pleasant place to stay. The (international) staff is always eager to answer your questions and show you nice places to visit or have dinner or a drink. The hostel is really clean, nice decoration as well, really worth the stay!

Liked: Actually, this hostel is the best hostel that I've been during my trip around the world for 3 months. There is a special appreciation by employees who take care about guests 100% of the time. Also, everybody can fell themselves at home at all.

Liked: Everything was so great! Staff are so nice and helpful make you feel welcome and included. They have activties every night to get people involve but if you don't want to they don't pressure you. The hostel can be chilled and calm but people do go out so there were coming in at all hours but you just get ear plugs and your right. The breakfast is amazing!!!!

Disliked: The kitchen is a bit small and the one of the showers didn't drain well but they were minor things in the over all greatness of this hostel!! Recommend this to all!

Liked: GREAT location --It's in the middle of the shopping area. Metro and tram are within walking distance. GREAT room- Well decorated, clean, comfortable. Everyone is given a spacious 'locker' where you can keep your valuables. You have your own bed light as well. AWESOME staff - The staffs there are really friendly, helpful, be able to provide tips and advice about the trip. Others - The toilets are clean at all times and there are hooks in the shower room for you to hang your clothes and toiletries. There are 3 computers there in the common area, and guess what...they are using Mac! Overall, I shall say this is the BEST ever hostel i have ever stayed. It exceeds my expectation on a hostel, for the price I have paid. This is really a home for travellers! I would strongly recommend this hostel to EVERYONE.

Liked: The staff are the most incredible staff I have every come across in any hostel, you think maybe you are catching them on a good day but watching them each day with all guests you realise they are just an awsome bunch of people whose priority is to make everyones stay an amazing experience. All facilities are clean and neat and the common areas are cosy and comfortable with a great vibe.

Disliked: Only 2 female showers per floor seems light.

Liked: free homemade scrambled eggs for breakfast.... Everyday.. Pretty amazing. The rooms are also great, really spacious and comfortable, great sturdy beds and colorful deco.

Liked: The hostel was full with young peolple and if we had problems the staff helped us quickly and correct. Travellers House lies in the middle of the shopping street, right in the city center, so we could reach everything very easy and within 10-15 min. Another big plus was that the staff organised every evening an optional dinner (e.g. chilli chicken party with Sangria) for which the guests could subscribe for a fee of € 6,50 and could eat and drink as much as they wanted:)
