Liked: This hostel is excellent, it's more like a hotel, you are totally looked after. Everything is so clean and safe, there is even under-bed storage which you can lock to put your suitcases in when you go out. I 100% recommend this place.

Liked: Great staff. Nice place, IMACS and a great TV rooms. Loved the old portugese atmosphere. STAY HERE!!

Liked: Everything! This was my first hostel experience and other experienced hostel-goers I met said I would be disappointed no matter where I go from here. Everyone was friendly and considerate, the hostel was clean, quiet at night, and had a great free breakfast in the morning. Location was perfect no matter what you wanted to see in Lisbon. Those that ran the hostel were awesome and very knowledgeable about what not to miss while in the city. A fun activity was planned every night to bring people together. If I ever go back, I will definitely stay here again.

Liked: An unbelievable 24 hour common space provides superb lounging opportunities. The welcoming vibe is palpable the minute you walk into the hostel. The facilities are fantastic, and they serve eggs and muesli for breakfast (included in the room price). It's literally in the middle of the main street, but is not noisy at all (the main street is a pedestrian street). Quite possibly the best hostel in the world.

Liked: Staff were very helpful! The regular evening 'socail' activities, like wine tasting etc, really great way to meet other people! Free internet was a great plus! The location was perfect!
