Liked: Probably the best hostel I have ever stayed at in terms of facilities. They have absolutely everything there, Comfy couches, big TVs, Free internet and Wifi, massive kitchens and great functions to meet people who also stay there. Highly recommend this hostel!

Liked: The staff were excellent. They made your stay even better because they were so helpful and were on hand 24 hours a day. They also organised something different to entertain everyone most nights.The dorms were really nice and clean. It was like staying at a friend's house.

Liked: very enthusiastic and helpful staff. the hostel is in an excellent location, and the decor is fun and sophisticated while staying comfortable. we stayed in a private bedroom upstairs (the bunk rooms are on floor 1, the "apartment" is on floor 4). the "apartment" consists of 3 double bedrooms with a nice living room, kitchen, and shared bathroom/shower. note that the wifi does not reach upstairs (so you have to go to the 1st floor to use the internet) and there is not a lift. this is a great place for young travelers. there is a very friendly vibe about the place and nightly activities that you can do with the hostel (ex. bar crawling in bairro alto, piri-piri chicken night, etc.) there is a huge shelf full of guide books for you to use in the lounge. breakfast was surprisingly good, with eggs and toast, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. overall a very comfortable place to stay.

Liked: LOVED IT!! The staff were so friendly, the breaky is free and made on the spot by a cook. The extra excursions available were great value and loads of fun. The dinner nights so affordable and an easy way to experience Portugese food and its a great way to meet people. Had a great stay here and would definitely return.

Liked: OMG the best hostel ive ever stayed at. Staff is soo nice and helpful and go out of their way to help you. Events on every night, rooms and bathrooms are so nice. Dvd room everything you want in a Hostel and more. Scrambled eggs for breakfast... FREE! I love you guys!

Liked: Staff were terrific, there was about 6 different people at different times and they were all as friendly and helpful as each other... Nightly functions were good value for money and a good start to the night.. Location couldn't possibly be better,. breaky was decent.. a pleasant stay!

Liked: This hostel felt like a home away from home... The location was great, the atmosphere was really laid back (but never boring) and the people working there treated us more like friends than customers. The organised events were always good fun and encouraged us to mingle and get to know fellow travellers. It was possibly the best hostel I have stayed at in Europe so far and hope that I chance to return one day.

Liked: Without doubt, the best hostel I have ever stayed in. It was kept really clean which can sometimes be a weak point for hostels. There is a wonderful friendly atmosphere and most of the staff are really helpful.The day trip they offer (to Sintra etc.) is excellent value for money and a lot of fun too. Only had a small problem with confirming and changing the booking before I arrived.

Liked: It was such a great stay in Lisbon and thanks also to this hostel! The installation of all the rooms was very nice ( I realy felt at home!), the staff members so friendly and ready to help, the hostel cheap and good located and I enjoyed the organised evenings that made get to know the people. If I go come once again to Lisbon, I will book for sure with Travellers House!
