Liked: i've been to like 40 hostel all over the world but this is definitely the best ever ...the place is so nice, they organize cool tours, serve good dinner, super funny bar crawl ...basically everything is great!!!

Liked: Amazing staff - so helpful and knowledgeable. A real breakfast - not just white bread and jam - they actually serve eggs! Fun nighttime activities planned by staff.

Liked: I read the reviews and saw the fact Travellers House was rated 3rd best in Europe, so went for it. It really is a fantastic hostel ... all of the people there at the same time as me said the same thing about how amazingly helpful the staff are ... I went on my own to Lisbon and i found that the hostel was perfect for what I wanted. It is a really good place to meet people, but not in a forced way. There was stuff on each night, if you fancied it, but if not you could always rely on the staff to suggest good (non touristy) places to go. Also the location is perfect ... the hostel is in the area in between the tourist sites and the bar area and always felt safe to walk home to at all hours. It really was a great place to stay - a safe bet! Plus Lisbon was amazing, definitely go to Sintra !

Liked: This was the best hostel I have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly, but not overbearing. The common area is just wonderfully comfortable and it fosters meeting people. The events planned such as dinners with a special theme are worth the money.

Liked: Everything in this hostel is excellent. I'm quite happy to live here for one day. We are students from UK and we lived in a lot of hostel before. This hostel has the lowest price and the best services. Breakfast is good. The room is big and bright. We could see the beautiful street view outside the window. Both the guy and the girl receptions are very helpful and nice. We also joined in the one day trip to ROCA – great experience! It is wonderful for us to stay at Travellers House.

Liked: By far the best hostel I have ever stayed in! Great location, great atmosphere, great staff and great fellow travelers. Came in knowing little about Lisboa and a staff member sat down to help us plan our day (great library of travel books on hand as well!) The hostel also offers great services that bring together the guests- day trips, night tours, bar crawl, etc that made me feel as if I were a part of one big family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Liked: This is a fantastic hostel, in the perfect location, very clean with great security. Best hostel I've stayed in. Would definitely recommend if visiting Lisbon! Staff were lovely and there is a great communal area to meet people.

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful. A member of staff was always on hand to offer you advice about the best places to go and the best things to see while you are there. I found the pedestrian street the hostel is located on a little bit scary but the hostel always felt safe and inviting.
