Rua Augusta is one of the most famous streets in Portugal as it is in Lisbon city center, therefore, you'll find it easy to get transportation from anywhere in the city.
It's a pedestrian street that goes from Rossio to Praca do Comercio: the two main squares.

20 min by Metro- get the Red Line (direction Sao Sebastiao) and get off at 'Alameda'. Change to Green Line (direction Cais do Sodre) and get off at Baixa/Chiado (exit through Rua do Ouro), walk straight till Rua Augusta and turn right-€0.85
