Very nice, clean hostel. The hostel staff were very helpful. Would definately reccommend this hostel to anyone visiting Lagos

Have covered 20 cities in the past 10 weeks and this place is one of the best hostels I've stayed at. Staff were so helpful and informative. Has a great rooftop terrace with a barbeque and ocean views. Excellent hostel.

Location (great walking distance to night life but still very quiet and away from it all), ability to park as we had a car, the staff were really helpful and friendly

The hostel was quite nice. The staff was friendly and it was small enough for you to get to know the people who were staying there. Lagos is a beautiful town and Carlos House was a great hostel to stay at.

Arthur is amazing!! So friendly and helpful, the place wouldn't be the same without him. Very, very social hostal (withouth being crazy like the Rising Cock!!). Fantastic terrace area on the roof for socialising. Heaps of fridges and two very well equipped kitchen. Free internet.

The hostel was quaint and personable. If you wanted alone time you could get it, but if you wanted to interact with people there was a rooftop deck. The hostel atmosphere was like a great group of friends/family. This was the best place I stayed at and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Arthur, the bloke looking after it, was extremely helpful. There is a fantasic atmosphere here to meet people if travelling by yourself. I noticed the second I entered that there was a great vibe here. The best hostel I have ever stayed at. Can't fault it.

Everything about this hostel is perfect! Great staff, clean house, lots of young, happy people.. Watch out for the hangovers!

So many great things about this place...probably one of the best hostels Ive ever stayed...and the city is awesome, so much to do and see. The kitchen was fully equiped and so impressively clean. Bathrooms were plentiful and cleaned daily. All round, very impressive.

Arthur and the other staff were incredibly helpful and kind. This was a great hostel to stay in and meet people and party, but also to find sleep and security when other hostels were going nutts!

Had great roof top terrace which was a great place to meet people and have a few drinks before going out. Staff went out of way to help you. Free internet and good security lockers to put your valuables in.

Definitely the staff-big shout out to Arthur who goes way beyond the call of duty. The roof top terrace is an awesome place to meet the other guests and start the party with!!

This hostel was fantastic!! It was in a great location, its neat and clean, theres safes, theres 3 kitchens, the balcony is a great hang out place and Arthur- the staff member on when i was there- is just so helpful. He will do anything to make ur stay great!
