The Guesthouse is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by fruit and almond trees. Manuel and his wife Maria will personally welcome you and are always available to help you get the most out of your stay.

Our Guesthouse is fully furnished to the highest standard.
All rooms have a private bathroom and shower.
We have a fully fitted shared kitchen including toaster, kettle, microwave, American fridge freezer, hob stove, washing machine and LCD cable television. There is also a large open patio with sun loungers and barbeque facilities which are accessible from the kitchen.

To relax we have a lounge with cable television and free internet.
100% Cosy is like a small friendly hotel but with the bonus of a kitchen.
100% Cosy is located close to the centre of Lagos town and only five minutes walk from the Lagos Marina.

As well as pointing out all of the local attractions and giving you directions, if you get lost or in trouble they are only a phone call away and if you need to hire anything such as a car or a taxi they will help you.

Accommodation Information

All of the rooms at 100& Cosy are cleaned to a high standard. All towels and bedding is changed regularly. All rooms contain air conditioning (hot and cold), and LCD cable television. A full laundry service is also available at a small extra cost should you wish to use it. All rooms contain a private bathroom and a shower.
One room incorporates a roof top terrace with sun loungers, tables, chairs and an excellent view of the surrounding area

The lounge offers a relaxing space to read, watch television or use the internet; or can be a place to relax whilst waiting for your companions to meet you before going out. We have Wi-Fi, cable television and books in different languages.

The kitchen is perfect for breakfast before a long day in the sun on a beach or an adventure into the hills. The amenities include everything needed to cook an evening meal too.

The patio is ideal for eating that evening meal underneath a sparkling star lit sky or simply for sunbathing during the day. Why not have a barbeque?
