Liked: Cute guesthouse, super close to the beach, as well as many bars and restaurants. Definately perfect for the party scene. Can be quite loud, so maybe not appropriate for those looking for a quiet night.

Disliked: Was a bit dirty, sheets and comforter looked very old. Owners were a bit creepy.....but nonetheless stayed out of your way. Keep in mind you're staying in someones house, so you cant treat it like a hostel.

Liked: Great location. Owners were really helpful. Awesome value

Disliked: Had to keep windows shut at night as rooms were on the ground floor with no screen or bars. Smoking permitted in common areas.

Liked: The location could not be any better. It is right in the centre of the old town in the middle of amazing night life and restaurants, but tucked away on a street where the noise was no bother. Also, walking distance from multiple beaches.

Disliked: For the price it was an excellent value.

Liked: Claire and David (the owners) are wonderful warm-hearted people who immediately make you feel at home. The place looks cosy and is neat.

Disliked: the location was a bit inconvenient: our room was at the street side, so we could literally touch (and mostly HEAR) the drunk Australians passing by. That was the only thing we disliked.

Liked: Very good location, friendly stuff and generally good atmosphere also with the other guests. It's a very cute little house.

Disliked: The room was a bit dusty. There are no lockers.

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing!! They were so nice and friendly, Clare and Daihbi were great hostel owners and cared so much that we were having a good time there. The location is amazing too because it is about a 5 min walk to the beach and right near all the pub night life!

Disliked: Though the location does have its draws, if you're someone who is a very light sleeper, this might not be for you because it is kind of loud at night.

Liked: The room was really cute and great value for money. The location was great, really central.The owner, Claire was very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: There was one bathroom to share between the three rooms, however it didn't seem to cause any problems with queueing for the toilet.

Liked: Many hostels and hotels claim, we're .... mins from the centre, just 100m from the ''insert popular touristic spot here'Well, I did Europe on crutches, most hostels lie! Casa Zefiro was a welcome change. They're actually 5 seconds fom a bakery, 1 minute to a supermarket, 2-3 minutes to the two best restaurants in Lagos and a few great bars. Enough about the location. The premises is under construction (summer 2010), in the week that we stayed there, we could see what it would become. The rooms that are finished, are small but cosy, very cool (temperature-wise), due to the vens and almost completely soundproof.At Casa Zefiro I had the best stay of the 24 hostels I visited during my trip through Europe.

Liked: great location if you want to go out. right next to bar, restaurants and beaches.

Disliked: Good for backpackers. Wouldnt recommend for a family. The walls are paper thin and you will be woken up by the other guests if they get up early or come home late.
