Liked: Staff were very helpful when I fell and hurt myself. Rooms very nice for the price.

Liked: The location is nice to discover Funchal... But it is not so near to walk to old town of Funchal..

Disliked: Cleanliness... The place wasn't so clean... Found a bug in a room twice... (cockroach) The cleaning lady always left balcony fully opened despite I've closed it.

Liked: Everything was really nice and very good :) we recommend this place honestly - it's cheap and cosy place to spend wonderful time on Madeira. Also the stuff is very friendly and helpful to turists :)

Liked: The place felt almost like home! Once you entered through the gates to the property you really had the feeling that you arrived to your own house and the feeling lasted the whole stay. All and all the hotel was situated very well with regards to the city center as well as the only access to the swimming areas at the see. Also if one wished little more privacy to lay down on the sun the hotel had their own pool! Furthermore, the area was close to nice restaurants and the public transportation was well in hand at the area so that I was able to reach the levada walks simply and cheap from the hotel - they even had one nice walk starting just one street up from the hotel!

Liked: Smaller more intimate place which i much prefer to these large soul-less tourist places, quiet, very helpful and friendly staff, great little pool, nice room and bathroom - all round fab value for money and wouold definately reccomend it to others as long as they don't mind a 5 min bus ride into the centre of town

Liked: Basic room, basic breakfast, friendly staff. The price is very cheap so we didn't expect any extras, but we were very pleased with our stay here.
