From the Airport, Set the counter to zero. Follow the only route out of the airport terminal, and the signpost pointing to Funchal / Câmara de Lobos / Ribeira Brava. The sea is to your left.
Drive through the 1st tunnel, followed by another set of tunnels. You will drive pass a Shell Petrol Station to your right. Follow sign post to Funchal / Câmara de Lobos / Ribeira Brava.
Keep following signpost to Funchal / Câmara de Lobos / Ribeira Brava. Leave the Freeway (just after the Tunnel), turning to your right at the sign posted to São Roque / Monte.
Take the right again to Funchal / Estação. Take the right lane at the roundabout and follow the road up, straight ahead (Modelo Hipermarket is to your right.) Take the first left (there is a blue sign saying Quinta Jardins do Lago) Brisa Restaurant is on your right hand side.
Turn left and about 50 meters after, turn left again in a crossroad where there is a Pizzeria called “My Pizza” on the left side of the street. On the right side there is a big yellow wall. A few meters ahead you will find QUINTA JARDINS DO LAGO.
