Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Faro town (5 mins walk) and train station (3 mins walk). Good breakfast provided.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Very helpful service. Really nice breakfast area (really good breakfast by the way. Very good localisation.

Disliked: Fsro is a good city just for one night - to start your trip along south of Portugal.

Liked: Fantastic hotel. Close to all local attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean towels and sheets daily - cleaning staff also very friendly. Basic breakfast included which was more than acceptable. Loved the outside courtyard/terraced area - we had this area to ourselves most evenings which was really nice. All in all a fantastic hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Faro. EXCELLENT!

Disliked: Did not dislike anything about this hotel - could not fault it.

Liked: The location was great - close to both the train and bus stations and the center of town. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the hotel was quiet and clean. It's basic accommodation - the hotel isn't overflowing with character, but if you just need a clean room then it's great.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Staff spoke good English and we're quite helpful. Room as described. Cafe in the Hotel is good and cheap. Great location, about a 2 minute walk from the main bus station in Faro.

Disliked: No Wifi, which is a little annoying. The surrounding area is not ideal for tourists, although that being said the whole of Faro isn't really for tourists. Not many places to eat out either, was a bit of a walk to find places.

Liked: A very nice hotel that tells it like it is. They have what they say they have. we had a very nice stay. Good garage.

Disliked: That you had to pay extra to get espresso coffey in the morning. Not nice.

Liked: The residential is great. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. It's worth spending a little bit more then usual. The shower was an absolute bliss and breakfast was very complete.

Disliked: However, it's stated in the website that they provide parking, but it's not informed that it costs 5 euros/day. Also the laundry facilities are not open for free use of the guests and the prices for having your clothes cleaned are high, as it usually happens in hotels. Last, also internet is paid extra.

Liked: Great hotel. Centrally located in Faro. Clean and secure. Staff are helpful. Is a hotel so doesn't have a lot of atmosphere.

Liked: The hostel is in great location close to train station and bus stop. The staff is very helpful, speak good English and ready to be in assistance at any time .My room was clean, had a TV with english chanels, small balcony where smoke is permitted.

Liked: The property is very clean and tidy and the bedroom was very spacation. Bathroom was also excellant. Dinner room and sitting area where you could watch tv or play cards or read a book.

Disliked: We didn't dislike anything.

Liked: Really near the center, you can go anywhere without problem. It's a quiet place where you can sleep until late =)

Disliked: It doesn't have the youth environment I like, but other than that it's great

Liked: - Really good value for money - it was lovely to have our own room again, at only a slightly higher price than a hostel dorm. - Really good range of channels - especially for english-speakers - there was FOX, CNN etc. - 24-hour ham and cheese toasties, plus all sorts of drinks, are available from the reception. The ham and cheese toasties weren't pre-made either so they were really tasty! - friendly staff - really close to everything

Disliked: - shower can take 5-10minutes to warm up

Liked: It was very close to the main bus and train stations

Disliked: Private bathroom was dirty with hair and dirt on the floor. Definitely didn't shower there. The day staff was uncooperative; we had booked for three nights but as soon as we arrived we knew we didn't want to be in Faro. The weather was bad and the town was dead as it wasn't tourist season. We canceled our room well within the hotel's stated 24 hour policy and they tried to charge us for 2 of our 3 nights. Thankful the evening staff was more friendly and cooperative.
