Liked: It is very close to the old city and the marina and only ten minutes drive from the airport so excellent location in that respect. The surrounding area outside the hotel seems a bit dodgy, but is just run down not actually dangerous.

Liked: Very courteous, helpful staff who accommodated our needs during our stay. The room was extremely clean, and tastefully decorated and even had a small balcony to enjoy at the end of the day. We stayed there because we had to catch a flight the following morning so it was very convenient and accessible to the airport.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is simple but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Location was good: easy walking distance to Faro bus and train stations and to the town centre. Overall very good value formoney.

Liked: very friendly, helpful reception manager who, despite working long hours was always smiling at us! Very good english, we didnt even attempt any portuguese, and reccommended us some good places to eat, get massages etc........

Liked: Everything was ok but , i had a room with a machine in my balcony which was making big noise during night and i could not sleep.

Liked: Quiet hotel just off the main town very close to the bus/train stations.The staff were very helpful and spoke English, lots of maps and recommendations on offer. Breakfast was basic but free. Faro and Faro beach are miles apart so this isn't a great place to stay for the beach, but there is a bus service that takes 20 mins.

Liked: Rooms at the street side are a little bit noisy.Shower dorr was flimsy and a bit annoying.Staff were VERY helpful. Breakfast was good.

Liked: Great central location in the heart of the old town. Good base for walking round and exploring Faro and also near to the main bus station making it convenient for travelling further afar to visit nearby towns. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and more than happy to help with questions and requests.
