Liked: Really close to Train and Bus Station. The EVA Bus from the airport stops at the front door. But if you dont speak portuguese the staff can be a little unkind. Hopefully im brazilian otherwise I may be in trouble.

Liked: Wouldn't really rate Low Cost Inn, but we were back in the area later in our stay and got into Faro Lounge, so am rating that. Really nice staff - they make you feel well looked after. Location is really good, too and everything is nicely decorated. Feels very homely.

Disliked: A little disappointed that the bar on the roof wasn't operating :(

Liked: it's really cheap, It's located 2 minutes walking from the bus station, and five from the train station. The staff is friendly and helpfull, I felt there like at home.

Disliked: all was ok.

Liked: I really liked this place. Cheap and cheerful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is sociable. The location is brilliant, 5 minutes from the centre of town, right opposite the central bus stop, and buses to faro beach and the airport leave from right opposite the hostel.

Disliked: They have internet but the computer's an antique!

Liked: Perfect location. Literally across the road from the bus station, close to the marina and the shops and 2-3 mins to all the bars, cafes etc. Great social atmosphere also. Lorenzo on the front desk is friendly and very helpful.

Disliked: No cooking facilities as yet but there is storage in the kitchen for food so you can get something prepared if you need. Other than that everything was good.

Disliked: Private rooms are located on diff place than dorms. No fresh air in room cuz widow was placed to exhaust shafts. Internet work only at lobby or on the corridor of first floor. Honestly for next time I would look for another hostel.

Liked: The staff was really nice. They even gave me a lower price because when I booked the prices where higher than they were now. It was nice of them to do so.

Liked: Boring. Everything is kind of clean but there´s seriously one fork and one spoon to share with the other travellers. The place is kind of dark and dull but it´s not Olindas fault that Lagos is a horrible place packed with drunk brittish speaking chavs!

Liked: Served it's purpose for a night stopover so use it for that. Helpful staff.

Disliked: It was a hot morning so the smell of sewerage came through the hostel, along with the mosquitos.

Liked: The location is very good

Disliked: Poor organisation with reservation. For around 15 people, there was just one shower and bathrooms were dirty. The place where we slept (seperated location than hostel reception) was locked after 8p.m., so we needed to go everytime to the reception first and sometimes wait 20min, because there was noone at the reception desk...

Liked: location was great. one of the staff members was great. too bad about the other

Disliked: sheets were not cleaned between every guest, as left mine were just pulled up and remade with same sheet, even after i let them know that was my bed and i was leaving (in case it was a mistake). no facilities in kitchen, including no kettle to have a cup of tea

Liked: VERY CLOSE TO BUS AND TRAIN STATIONS AND CENTRE OF TOWN. Clean, plenty of bathrooms/showers. Quiet. Second time I stayed nice bloke on reception friendly and explained everything. Found me a locker key.

Disliked: First time I stayed here reception guy was uncommunicative and didn't descibe any of facilities etc plus despite cancelling second night 2 days before I was charged 15 euros rather the 12.60 balance. I was too tired to quibble having just arrived off plane late at night. Male staff using bathrooms didn't close doors. Directions on website were vague and unhelpful. Luckily it was so close to bus station so I found it by chance. Only microwave to cook things in no stove or kettle.

Disliked: The dorms were too crowded, it was almost impossible to move between the beds.
