Ethnic House

The “Ethnic House” is located in Maciel valley, and is characterised by its calm and tranquilty. We offer comfortable, affordable accomodation.

This valley is included in the national ecological reserve which by itself is synonymous with a communion between the built and natural environments. Guests can find several types of flora, including: Oranje tree, Olive tree, Peach, Cherry, Nespreira, Almond tree, Plantains, the Orchid, pine tree, grapevine and some eucalyptus, and several species of fauna can be observed: Eagles, Sparrows, foxes, rabbits and hares.

Vale Maciel has a total area of one acre; this space consists of a bar area, a pool area and a multipurpose area that will be used to perform various activities for relaxation and various sports, the remaining space is filled with various trees and decorative elements. We have parking space available for 20 cars.

Accommodation Information

Vale Maciel “Ethnic House” is an equipped house in typical/rustic style. Rooms all have private bathroom, living room, kitchenette, cable TV, Air conditioning. This part of the complex has a barbecue area and a children zone and also a laundry available to our customers.

Ethnic House – Is characterised by a cosy and romantic environment, more suitable for a couple that are looking privacy, it combines a mixture of rustic/traditional with traces of oriental culture and warm colors.

The Valley (Vale) Maciel is located two minutes from the historic centre of Mafra and five minutes from the beautiful beaches of Ericeira, internationally recognized for their high quality waves and the location of several national, European and World surfing contests.
