Liked: the staff were friendly. the breakfast it's OK, if you don't mind to eat bread, milk and tap water.

Disliked: the beds are not very comfortable, the privates look like storage rooms, so its not very great value for money.

Liked: Absolutely the best hostel in my experience. The staff took us to their party and etc like we are their old friends. Very friendly and helpful attitude made us stay longer than our plan. We met lots of local, and tried real Coimbra´s life. You will like there for sure!

Disliked: To be honest, the facility is not the best but it doesn't matter. Not the worst either !

Liked: The house is BEAUTIFUL! The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the garden is great. There are also common rooms perfect for relaxing, reading og watching TV.

Disliked: Nothing really! Well, the bathroom is shared so I guess some people might prefer a little more privacy but it didn't really bother me.

Liked: I stayed only one night so I didn't gget the chance to know the hostel very well. It's well located, clean and beautiful - I loved paintings on the walls.

Disliked: OK, nothing to complain about. Oh, one thing - no locks in the showers, why?!

Liked: All ok. It's not the best hostel, but it's not bad neither. Location is very convenient.

Disliked: Missing character. A bit noisy, not because the people is noisy, but because the wooden floors and the type of walls.

Liked: Fantastic staff, very helpful and very nice, kitchen with full equipment. One of my the best hostel in Europe

Liked: Great atmosphere, good communal areas, helpful staff, very secure. And not a bad location.

Liked: We liked building itself. It is very beautiful building, with garden on first floor with big tree in the middle. Ideal for hanging outside in the evening.

Disliked: It is quite far away from train station

Liked: I felt as if i were at home! Plus the only day I stayed in Coimbra it was raining and me and my friend were tired so we just stayed in the hostel and chilled and it was perfect!

Liked: Location is great, staff friendly, building beautiful and clean.

Disliked: I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast (only toast and cereal) and I managed to connect to the wi-fi only once in three days.

Liked: Good location close to Praca da Republica. Big place with chill garden to hang out in.

Disliked: Probably because of the city mainly, but there were very few other travellers. Not a lively place, don't come here looking to meet people.

Liked: The staff was nice and helpful. The social room was big and comfortable.

Disliked: I'd say, maybe it would be a bit unconfortable in Summer because there were a lot a flies at noon in the room, or maybe it's common in Portugal.

Liked: Very nice staff with good tips for the city. Relax atmosphere in center of city near to everything to visit and to the bars... Ill will come back!!

Disliked: Everything was good.

Liked: Nice location.

Disliked: it is missing a lot of thinks in the property, like heating in the bathroom and kitchen, the cloths washing machine was broken and there is no hangers in the bathroom. Poor breakfast. Note safe at all, the front gate was open all times, as the room door. The lockers were too fragile, you can easily open them with your hands!!! Staff was not that nice!!!

Liked: Great location, nearby all the bus stations & within walking distance of most sights. Luís was very helpful despite being quite busy. There's a sitting area in front of our room, which was nice, and a random single bath underneath the staircase in case you're not a fan of dorm-style showers!

Disliked: When they say "computers available" for use, they mean the one at reception, which was a bit inconvenient. No grocery/convenience stores nearby (despite being sent on a wild goose chase for one).
