‘Ana's Cottage’ is a cozy and affordable Guest House in Cascais, a beautiful beach town near Lisbon. Set in a quiet residential quarter, about 2,5 Km from downtown and the sea and 2 Houses, Ana's Cottage offers a quality service in a very familiar environment.

Ana's Cottage is a cozy and affordable Bed and Breakfast (Guest House). We are in a quiet residential quarter, about 2,5 Km from downtown and the sea.

With TWO HOUSES and the same quality service we offer a very familiar environment with very few guests who gather around the same table for breakfast.

We want you to feel at home with us and will be very pleased to welcome you into Ana's Cottage.

Please acknowledge that our policy for no shows or late cancellations is to charge the booking total amount.

Cancellation policy for groups:
For groups we demand a security deposit of 50% of the booking total amount, wired to our bank account, at the time of the booking request and if the booking is cancelled the deposit will be partially returned as follows:

1) Cancellations from the date of the booking till the 1st day of the month of arrival we refund 50% of the booking deposit on the 1st day of the month of arrival.

2) Cancellations made on the month of arrival till 48 hours before arrival will have 50% of the booking deposit refunded 48 hours before arrival.)

3) Cancellations after 48 hours before arrival or no-shows will not be refunded the booking deposit.

4) Changes on the quantity of rooms, if made before the 1st day of the month of arrival, will have no penalty. After that day and till 48 hours before arrival the rooms cancelled will lose right to 50% of the correspondent booking deposit. After 48 hours before arrival the correspondent booking deposit will not be refunded.

5) Changes on the quantity of rooms will have no right to previous refund of the booking deposit. It will be made on arrival.
