Dinner is the ideal time to exchange ideas and to talk. Join us for a gastronomic evening in the garden listening to the piano or the guitar. Maybe you like to sing.

Lemon Tree is a new hostel, a place for all, people travelling alone or in small groups, surfers and anyone who look for a nice hostel by the beach.
It allows travellers to have a good night’s sleep, to prepare their own meals, to do the laundry etc.
By it’s characteristics it also allows people to stay some days with the comfort of a common house.
In one of the lounges you can enjoy a DVD or simply relax in the other lounge in the company of a good book.
We also offer you 24 hours free internet, bicycles to rent, pedagogic activities concerning the natural environment, tours, gastronomic events with live music and a global space so you can feel free and try different proposals.

Accommodation Information

The house is composed of 3 private twin rooms, 2 private triple rooms and 1 mixed dorm room for 6 guests, five shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting rooms and a garden with fruit trees and a biologic vegetable garden.

Location Information

We are located in a small beach village Praia da areia Branca with the sea just 3 minutes walk near Lourinhã, Peniche, Óbidos, Ericeira and Sintra-Cascais. Just 65 km's north of Lisbon. Known by its variety of natural environments, that goes from almost 10km’s of sand beaches to country side landscapes typically Mediterranean. It’s also worldwide famous by its archaeological finds that make this region one of the most important areas on the Jurassic period, and it’s not rare to find fossils while you stroll along the coast line.
The strolls may be surprising. You can also enjoy the historic monuments all around the west as well as the vineyards routes with the possibilities to participate in wine tasting proves.
Praia da Areia Branca is pointed with lots of restaurants, market, groceries store and other facilities; you’ll find it easy to live along in Areia Branca. It also as a good night live with proposals that goes from calm quiet beach bars to the energy of the clubs in the area.
