Liked: Its really in the center of Zakopane, great location, balcony for smokers which is looking main pedistrain street of zakopane. Friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: Rooms was little bit cold

Liked: SUPER CLEAN HOSTEL, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF AND BRILLIANT CENTRAL LOCATION AND BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN VERY CHEAP PRICE

Disliked: NOTHING! OH ONE MINOR THING WAS THAT IT WAS TOO HOT INSIDE... MADE IT DIFFICULT TO SLEEP!

Liked: Really really friendly staff, awesome location - sitting on the balcony overlooking the main street with a hot chocolate can pass so much time, really clean, great facilities, the dorm room is split into two anyway so it doesn't seem like a 12 bed dorm, definitely recommend!!!

Disliked: Chairs for the computers would be great..

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful with everything; they were courteous & professional. Excellent location; convenient to everything. Well maintained and cleaned daily. Breakfast was good.

Disliked: Nothing significant to dislike. I would recommend, however, that guests be advised by staff to observe quiet hours after a reasonable time of night, say 23:00.

Liked: Helpfull staff - gave us good advice on local hiking, what to do etc. Good tunes from reception (Fat Freddys Drop). Balcony overlooking main street was awesome, great spot for a drink and to absorb the atmosphere.

Disliked: No coffee plunger (french press).

Liked: Excellent location right on the main street of Zakopane, brilliant facilities such as wifi, bathrooms and clean and cosy rooms.

Disliked: Staff weren't very friendly, struggled to squeeze into the kitchen to get some breakfast in the morning. LOUD, the first night it was people on the street which is totally fine but the second night it was within the hostel, and then up early in the morning. Not sure if we were just unlucky to get a room close to the common room but it was a pain...Probably fine if we were partying that night but were tired after a long day!

Liked: Great location Friendly staff Breakfast provided Clean, nice room (we stayed in a private double, can't say for the dorms) Free internet/computer access

Disliked: Nothing really, just that it's in the middle of a busy street so is quite noisy until late at night which may not suit some people.

Liked: Very friendly staff, felt like family. Helpful, funny. Clean, nice toilets etc. Good breakfast, perfect location.

Disliked: I actually cant find anything to complain about. We even got a balcony! O no, TWO - one in the common room, on in our 12bed room. Perfect.

Liked: Good location. Can come back late at night safely. Clean and organized. Can get many information for trekking. Can do the laundry with drying out in the terrace.

Disliked: It is not about hostel but when the group, I mean 4-5 guys or girls, check in together in a same room, they should be keep quite when they communicate each other. The rule of the hostel was after 11pm be quite, was not clear to them to keep. So the staff should make it clear to the guests to he group especially.

Disliked: Single duvet in double bed does not really serve well for two people. No towels in private rooms.

Liked: The staff were very helpful, the shared areas were very spacious and the whole complex was most safe.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff were friendly and offered advice on where to go in the Tatras and how to get there. Very clean and safe, located right in the centre of Zakopane and easy to get to from the bus station.

Disliked: Kitchen was small and all of the bathrooms are ensuite, meaning there were often queues in the dorm every morning.

Liked: Almost everything was to satisfaction. I was suprised that we didn't have to bring sheets to the bed!

Disliked: The stairs up to the reception was very dark and a bit scary...

Liked: 12bed room is seperated 2, it likes 6bed room. breakfast is good.

Disliked: It is located in the center of downtown. But there is zacopane. we could'nt feel fresh air, quiet mood....and so on.

Liked: great staff, very tidy, nice facilities, big lounge to chill out.

Disliked: other guests very not friendly but that's not hostel's fault!
