Liked: The location is perfect, just a few steps from the central street. The staff is extremely nice and polite.

Disliked: We booked a double room, but got a 5 bed dorm for a double use for a slightly less money, which was of course not that cosy. The trams were right behind the window and despite rooms are on the fourth floor you can hear them quite loudly and feel how the whole building is shaking when they pass by. The beds were not comfy and there was some kind of water suction system in the bathroom which made a terrible noise every minute while using toilet/shower cabin.

Liked: the receptions are good in English and very helpful. I would choose this hostel if I come Wroclaw again!

Liked: Fantastic room, with a very modern and spacious bathroom. Good location near the old town.

Disliked: There were no lights on the stairs up to the floor with the hostel.

Liked: The location was good and the room was very clean. Unfortunately, the guy from the reception could not provide us with useful info about the city or basic things. Good price/quality.

Liked: The heating system was not working and we should ask for blankets (no offered from the staff). No possibility for paying with credit card, just cash. They tried to invoice us a higher quantity than the agreed on the reservation (thanks God we had our payment documents).

Liked: The hostel is situated near near the tram and you will hear it nearly through all of the night. Not very good sleep.
