Liked: Good location

Disliked: Unfriendly staff, no one around, one doesn't feel welcomed. I doubt you can call that place a "hostel" - it's where people (mostly Polish people who don't speak English) end up if they don't know where to go.

Liked: It was more or less clean and at the center.

Disliked: There were a group of noisy people shouting and partying during the whole night, and the stuff from the hostel didn't have the authority to make them be quiet. What could you expect of somebody who can't stop make people disturbing in his own place?

Liked: Well, the main advantage of this hostel is its location. The bad thing is that it is on third floor in a building without an elevator what was not very convenient considering the fact that one of us had a twisted ankle. The second bad thing is the atmosphere - it doesn't exist. We were also very unfortunate to have very rude, messy and inconsiderable roommates who talked very loud, turned the light off and on, jumped on their beds and all that in the middle of the night. The staff was polite, but not very friendly (except a boy named Bartek, he was great). All in all, we will choose another hostel the next time we go to beautiful Wroclaw.

Liked: While the staff made this a wonderful stay, they were so helpful, communicative and they bent over backwards to help there are a number of things wrong with the hostel. Firstly there is no clean bed linen, second the hostel doesn't get a proper clean as they didn't have a cleaner working there in the two nights I stayed. It felt grimy. But most importantly the security is bad. The entrance door and door to the hostel are often open but the dorm rooms remain unlocked. When I asked a staff member about locking the rooms she looked at me blankly and then said they didn't do that. So anyone can come in off the street to the hostel and take your stuff! Also if there are nutters in other rooms as there often are, its nice to be able to lock the door!!

Liked: Reception open all night and safe enough. Very clean and well-kept.Unfortunately the walls and doors are paper thin, which means that you hear everything that happens everywhere in what is a very small hostel. We got very little sleep as there were a bunch of guys talking all night in the kitchen- not shouting, just talking, but you heard everything! Showers were clean and did indeed have hot water, but had a tendency to fluctuate from freezing cold to boiling hot with a periodicity of about three seconds, which made for a somewhat uncomfortable wash!

Liked: Well situated in the city of Wroclaw, it's really close to the main sights like the marketplace etc. and only 20min by foot from the main train station (or a few mins by bus). Really helpful staff that work around the clock, clean shower rooms and bathrooms, free lockers (no deposit needed) which is a great plus for me, washing machines and drying is possible to do at the hostel. There's also a laptop available with internet access, free of charge.The atmosphere is also pretty cozy so it's perfect to meet fellow travellers, definately value for your money if you're staying in Wroclaw for a day or few.

Liked: Friendly atmosphereclean bathroomsradiators running full timekitchen can be used to cook,microwave,make tea/coffeeif no-one is at the reception (may happen a lot),just make a call,and they'll show up.(to open the downstairs door,or help you)I highly recommend this budget hostel.

Liked: It is central and very close to the main attractions. Very quiet even though it's in the heart of the city. It is a great place to stay at if visiting for just a few days...however the three flights of stairs to reach the hostel, with no elevator are a killer and put me off the idea of shopping or of staying here next time I'm in Poland

Liked: Great location, you go outside and you're on the market square. Stayed there only one night, so not much time to meet anyone - however hostel itself was clean and cosy - i recommend.

Liked: A night before we arrived, i received an email from the hostel that our booking via Hostelbooker was not available. I rang them out, the staff Bartek was polite and promised to transfer us to an apartment instead of hostel and apologized for the mess. I appreciate for his help and i would recommend this hostel to my friends.

Liked: The only inconvenience was by finding the hostel. It's very hard to find the door on the street, when it is behind you. But telling the truth.... I've spent only one night, but it was enough to be sure, that if i go to Wroclaw, i will sleep there. Good location, good access to puplic transport and so on. Try it!
