Liked: Place has tons of character. High ceilings, big doors. Kind of an old world place. It has modern showers with working heat. The heating system here is better than many other hostels I have stayied at. I really like the sink in the room. No better value for ur money. The place is clean with 24 hr security. I have stayied here in the past and will stay again in the future. Thanks!

Liked: Fantastic location - right opposite the main rail station and just about 15min walk to the old town. Also, very cheap, so you can make a 6 bed dorm private even if you don't come in a complete party of six - just chip in cuppa zlotys each and you have a whole room for yourselves (bed linen, towels and wash basin in room included in price).There are just few bathrooms on each floor, so you may need to wait for your turn to shower but are cleaned regularly so worth waiting a little bit, especially for the renovated one:PNo problems with checking in, no curfew, and check out only at 12 noon so no need to rush in the morning the last day. Staff very friendly, and although there are no common lounge/kitchen/etc to hang out with people within the hostel, it's ok, couse you want to go out and enjoy the city.

Liked: This was a great place to stay! The staff, everyone from front desk to security to cleaning personnel was super friendly and made my stay unforgetable. It is conviently located across from the Main station, so it was easy to get to. So I would highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you and we will see you again!

Liked: Stayed here with a friend, its a nice hostel. Its a bit soviet, but thats part of the fun really! Clean rooms and showers, though if it were busier you might have to queue. It is noisy if you get a room on the front (the private rooms are on the rear side) but given how close to the station it is, you can't really complain. Good value.

Liked: The hostel is situated directly at the train station and about 15minutes by foot away from the old town.The value for money is really good!

Liked: I was able to book a room at Piast at an extraordinarily good rate at virtually the last minute, which was terrific. Hostelbookers.com beat out all the competition by a long shot for it's value offering for Piast in this regard.The reception staff were both helpful and attentive and this made a big difference. The hostel is very much at the low end of the value spectrum, but it doesn't advertise itself as being any more than that, so you get what you pay for and expect.The location, opposite the Glowny, is also a fantastice feature of the Hostel.

Liked: It's a good hostel if you're really on a budget, because it literally only gives you a bed to sleep in. It was nice that everything was included in the price, and the breakfast (while not at the hostel itself) was really good. Also came in handy that it was close (enough) to everything, and there were bus/tram stops right outside. The ladies at the front desk tried their best English with us to help us find where we needed to go, and they were nice.
