Liked: Good location, decent common room, clean.

Disliked: The hostel requests that guests leave their keys at the reception desk when going out. However, during our stay, my locker key was accidentally given out to another desk, due presumably to a computer error that had changed my bed number. I was very lucky that the individual who had received my locker key was honest, because they would have been able to steal my passport and all my valuables because of this staff error. Moreover, when I explained the situation to the staff member on duty, he was initially accusing me of being wrong, then disbelieving ("according to the computer, you're in bed XXX"), suspicious of my intentions, and when finally proved that there had indeed been a mistake by opening the locker with the master key and discovering my possessions inside, seemed to suggest that it had been my fault. There was never any hint of an apology or regard for the seriousness of the error. If you stay at this hostel, DO NOT L:EAVE YOUR LOCKER KEY AT RECEPTION.

Liked: The location was great, so close to town, close to the airport bus & a short tram ride from the train station. Nice & clean and well set out, staff were helpful & breakfast the best of what we had in Polish hostels

Disliked: The front door wasn't very secure, tho there was always someone on repection but would have to double check room locks if on 1st floor. The other big let down was the beds-sooo creaky!!

Liked: It's an excellent, friendly staff, nice lounge, although a quite during my visit (low season). Simple but sufficient breakfast included which is great.

Disliked: The bigger dormitory could get crammed if full as there little space next to the beds.

Liked: Location close to old town and transport links. Good hot showers.

Disliked: The light switch wasn't at the entrance and you couldn't see anything when entering the room ;)

Liked: It's direct in the city center and you can feel the climate of the old town cause it's next to the market square. The dorm was really nice with pretty comfy bed. Good value for money, highly recommended!

Liked: It had a nice common area to chill and meet other travelers. There was a good free breakfast included in the price. The staff was very helpful with recommendations about the city, everything from food, coffee, book shops, sights to clubs.

Disliked: Beds were not the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Also there is a bar in the basement of the building and it does get noisy but if you're exhausted from traveling who cares.

Liked: Breakfast and making your own coffee and tea was wonderful. All very clean. Good location.

Disliked: It was hardly possible to contact other travellers. It is great to use the kitchen, but it was not really supplied to make your own meal, necessities such as frying pan and can opener were lacking.

Liked: very near to the central areawell connected to public transportfriendly and professional staffcheck-in and check-out procedure very quick and uncomplicated

Disliked: my room looked on the street, one with heavy traffic, so not very quiet single room very small spartan equipment in the room (no mirror, no beside table...) towels not included in the price

Liked: Location was great, right next to the city center. Staff was mostly friendly. No bunk beds. Kitchen had everything you need. Breakfast was the normal bread, cereal, and spreads.

Disliked: The directions were awful. I eventually found my way, but when it said to go left you need to go right, ect. The number of stops on the tram is incorrect and even the name of the direction of the tram. Hostel rooms were crowed. Not many bathrroms compared to the number of people.

Liked: good location so close to the centre and the tram stop, friendly staff, quite place

Disliked: the room whish i stayed was small and there was nowhere to put stuff, just bed and cupboard.

Liked: hostel was clean

Disliked: as a solo traveller you do not want to be placed in a 8 person dorm room on your own when you know that other dorm rooms are half full. Due to this it was difficult to meet people as it is low season. The beds were also uncomfortable

Liked: The staff were super friendly & the facilities are all quite modern, great value

Disliked: it lacked a bit of polish, eg- all the shower hoses didn't have the things to hold them up, also the breakfast is a little average & super tight on space
