Liked: A fair price for pretty, private double rooms. The building is old but rather well-renovated (and with taste!) and the location is great - a calm alley besides one of the main roads, with the train station and the bus stop to the airport at a stone's throw. The staff keeps the premises very clean all around the day. Excellent value for money!

Liked: Cheap and cheerful. its really handy for the train station and the trams, 20 min walk to stare miasto, everything you need is nearby. Room was clean, bed linen supplied, internet free, hard to find a spare shower in the morning, but no problem at night. Staff spoke English and Polish, and were helpful with taxis etc. Good security, 24 hour checkin, and when we stayed it wasn't noisy either. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked clean and tidy.

Liked: The hostel is near the center as indicated. Room was clean and nice decorated and the stuff was friendly. Kitchen was ok, just a bit small. The problem was bathroom which was dirty and unfunktional.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and had a good knowledge of English as my polish is very poor. The room was of a good size, with fresh sheets and bedding. Towels are also available if required. The room could have done with air conditioning as a result of this we had to have the window open all night and the road noise was a bit too much for me at times. I wasn't too keen on the shared bathroom and toilet facilities but it is a hostel after all.Over all the staff made you feel welcome and the beds were comfy, what more can you ask for for under £20 a night. (maybe an en suite : ))

Liked: There is only one shower for each level to accommodate 15 rooms of people which made it a little difficult to take one. Otherwise, I really enjoyed staying there! I would definitely go back there if I didn't have relatives to stay with.

Liked: I didn't like the kitchen. For so many rooms and visitors there is only one small kitchen.

Liked: Clean beds, clean room, clean bathrooms. But only one shower for the corridor? Quite limiting - but gives a chance to meet people infront of the door :-)

Liked: The wireless internet didn't work on the last floor. Besides this, all great. Girls working there were very nice and helpfull.

Liked: the hostel is average. i like that it's so close to the train station. there's no locker. so those who want to sleep in a dorm, take a good care of your valuable belongings.the kitchen is not well equipped. there's only 1 microwave. no stove. there are few plates, bowls and cutlery. the bathrooms are not quite clean.wireless internet doesn't work well in some rooms. i had to sit at the sofa on the corridor to be able to connect to the internet. but it was cheap though so it's worth the price.

Liked: First bad sign was being told that i should keep my luggage in reception if i was out, no lockers, for kitchen, read microwave, a fridge and a coffee machine, also i got put in the wrong room so got wakened at 8.30am to be told that i was in the wrong room and had to move but the room i was meant to be in was full so i wouldnt be able to go into it, that wasnt a fun morning, ended up staying two nights instead of the five i had planned, also if you want to meet travellers as one of the other reviews said its mainly polish people that seem to stay there
