Mary BakerThe hostel is in a beautiful, interesting, charming old building/neighborhood-- full of character and comfort. I was apprehensive about renting a room without a private bathroom, but it was warm, easily accessible, and squeaky clean. |

Customer reviewathmosphere, location near the city I didn´t like: No big lockers for storing stuff; just one Computer working, in Summer it might be loud in the rooms, because in front of the windows are chairs of restaurant/bar |

Customer reviewIf there was a choice above good they would have been given it. The staff were brilliant, smart, funny and very helpful. It was by far the best hostel I have stayed at in over ten years of using hostels. Clean rooms, great lounge, laundry and WiFi |

Customer reviewThis is a rather remarkable hostel -- to begin with, I'd hire the interior designer/decorator to do my apartment in a second. Somebody paid a great deal of attention to detail, from the careful painting of the dorms, to the 1920s touches of decor, to the fixtures in the (very satisfactory) bathrooms. The icing on the cake was a live plant in a dorm. Quite simply, it's a very classy place -- maybe not ideal for drunken nightlife (although it is right above a fairly bohemian cafe), but terrific for a creative, artistic place to stay, with excellent staff. It's a fairly long walk from the train station (although a tram goes directly there), but it is conveniently close to the main square. |

Benjamin LloydThis is by far the nicest, friendliest, most funky place I have ever stayed. I loved the globe lamp. We arrived late at night and the room looked so inviting. So did the bar. The only drawback was that the cafe downstairs took over a hour to prepare a cold breakfast. Must have been a big night! But this was only a small annoyance |

Customer reviewfantastic atmosphere, great staff, clean, cozy--feels like home! not a place for partying though, so don't come here if you want to have the stereotypical "hostel experience". this place is a great alternative to more expensive hotels and cheap party-hostels for us older, non-18-year-olds. |
