Liked: Nice modern hostel, great kitchen facilities for the hosteler, comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff, and i loved the free early morning breakfast!!!

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: Very central location, friendly people at reception, spacious lockers and free candy.

Disliked: Like other hostels in this city is near a fairly busy road, so you can hear the sounds of traffic, but nothing unbearable.

Liked: Bathroom was big (good since it served 20-people), location and that I only stayed there one night.

Disliked: Paid for 10 person dorm, there were 11 beds and people in the room. "Free breakfast" - was just a pathetic loaf of white bread, which was gone by the time I got there at 9 ( breakfast went until 11). They had outlets on every bed. "Great idea", I thought, until I found that the only ones which were plugged in we're the ones that had outlets next to the bed (defeating the purpose). A simple extension. It'd would have solved this, but they're obviously too lazy to care.

Liked: The location was marvellous. Staff depended on the person behind the counter, but even not always as cheery, they were always helpful. Lockers are big, and locks available, but better bring your own lock as the onces provided are not that good. Breakfast is plain, but good enough. Bread, butter and jam. And the bread you can toast. Coffee and tea are provided too. I would go here again! (I went here twice already)

Disliked: Maintenance can be better. Lot of light bulbs of bed lamps are broken and they were not on stock a whole week. Also the cartridge of the printer was empty, so could not print my ticket. But there is an internet facility in the Fenix building only 2 min. walk and very cheap. Also the shower cabin was not working properly. One door was hanging loose. But this is not nearly negative enough no to recommend this hostel for staying. I do recommend it.

Liked: well. i like it. i stayed there for one night. It is in the city center, very near to the main squere.

Disliked: you have to be careful. sometimes, when you make a reservation for some room, it may be unavailble. I had made the reservation the day before I went there, that is way I did not recieve the e-mail from the hostel saying that the room is not available. They had to find a place for me.

Liked: One of the most “value for money” hostels I've stayed at. I was surprised to see that their “morning snack” is actually almost a real breakfast (bread/butter/several marmelades). I really can't find one single negative thing to say about this place. I would happily stay there again.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: very centered

Disliked: not to clean and the breakfast was poorly. No milk provided, there were missing cups, and only cheap margarine, cheese speed and jam served, nothing else

Liked: Good quality hostel. Good Security (lockers in room, key for elevator to get to the your floor). Good location near Rynek.

Disliked: Entrance a bit hard to find. Rooms are a bit smallish.

Liked: The staff is nice, rooms and bathrooms are ok.

Disliked: The breakfast is between 9 and 11, if you arrive at 10:30 there is nothing anymore. So... Never see the breakfast...

Liked: Good location.

Disliked: There was a staff party, so it seemed. By the next morning all my food was gone. The locks are pathetic, if you can't pick it in 10 seconds, you can easily just unscrew the hinge and steal people's things. The elevator usage requirement got tedious. I may try their hostel again in a different city though if the prices work with me.

Liked: really great staff - so helpful! free lockers in the rooms. good common area with tv, games and couches. free internet (2 computers) and wifi. free linen and towels. cheap alcohol and drinks from the reception. good kitchen with dining area.

Disliked: beds werent very comfortable and the top bunks were really high... not much privacy. the free breakfast is only bread and jam.

Liked: Location is awsome, just 2 min walking from Rynek Square. Staff so friendly and helpful and very cheap.

Disliked: Bathroom must have a working lock in the door and breakfast is a snack more than a real breakfast
