Liked: I love all the atmosphere that I lived there. The rooms are nice and clean, like the bathroom. i got lucky with my room mates

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpfu and the location is close to the main street in Warsaw.... The hostel was undergoing renovations and will look great when they're done. The bathrooms were great too - spacious, modern and clean!

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: the location was very good. we visited every place easily. btw you can get a city map from hostel. the rooms and bathrooms were clean. i think the best feature of hostel is; everyone prepares his/her meal oneself.

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: New, modern design. Friendly stuff, location, breakfast included to the price, off course perfect price for turze śervices..

Disliked: diety floors... I mean all the rest were so clean and perfect and the floors were so dustie...

Liked: Staff were very helpful they put breakfast out for me early as I had a train to catch :-)

Disliked: There was a terrible smell in the hallways but it was due to refurbishment work hence I'm sure it was only temporary.

Liked: Friendly and efficient staff. One of the ladies was really charming and helped to find a cutting edge galery. Three pc's. Big room. Five minutes walk to Nowy Swiat.

Disliked: The road in front is quite busy but I could sleep well anyhow. No toilet or bathroom on my floor.

Liked: Great location if you arrive at Warszawa Cantralna, and easy to reach the Old City in the evening

Disliked: Heating - extremely hot inside (probably it's a plus in winter)

Liked: Really helpful, friendly staff. Kitchen and free laundry.

Disliked: There are so many hostels in Warsaw, really confused why this has such a high rating... Downstairs (-1 floor) is like a cave, the room was a concrete box with tiny tiny windows nearly at the ceilings so all you see is shoes walking past. They tried to tell me they had 'upgraded' me (from a 6 bed room to a 3 bed), wish they hadn't, the downstairs floor had a permanent rank smell. For the price, there are better places in Warsaw.

Liked: Fantastic people!. They help me when I had some problem... e.g. We need to print the boarding passes. ( Besides, the beautiful receptionists speaking spanish)

Disliked: There wasn´t curtains in the room

Liked: Always super clean, despite the renovations; staff are all very helpful and cheerful; breakfast was great- once renovations are complete this will be a great Hostel- was very happy with my stay here.

Disliked: the stairs unto level 3 - but maybe I should get fitter :-)

Liked: looks ugly on the outside, but is nice on the inside. great atmosphere with vodka tastings

Liked: It's great that they seem to have 24 hour check-in as we arrived late but still had a friendly reception. Top mark on that. And the property is big, tidy and full of character. It's been a pleasure to stay.

Disliked: Room was darker than expected and one bathroom had been under reconstruction. So another bathroom was always full.

Disliked: the noise from the traffic can be unbearable if you get a room that is facing it. bring earplugs.
