Customer reviewdecent place, excellent location - but leaving the key at the desk is highly unsafe, and anyone can pick up any key, and they let everyone into the hostel. i could easily have picked up the key of someone else and gone into their room. id should be asked for by the staff when picking up a key. or we should just be able to keep our own keys. seriously. |

Jane MannersExceptionally friendly and helpful reception desk. Very good base for exploring and doing things in Warsaw. The outside looks grim with barred windows etc but inside is like a (clean) student residence with TV, computers, plenty of free tea/coffee, reasonable kitchen and plenty of information. |
