Liked: very helpful and friendly staff, we arrived too early for checkin so they let us hang around in the lounge until check-in time and even let us eat the provided breakfast for free while we waited!

Liked: The staff was wonderful, very eager to help. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was much better than the typical toast and jam. Also, Internet access and luggage storage helped a lot :)
