Liked: Excellent location, the best in Warsaw . Many room they have windows view on Warsaw Royal Castle and Old Town, I have both in room nr 23.. Very friendly and helpful staff. Worth for money I paid .

Liked: The location is excellent, in the heart of Old Town, across from the Palace. The building is beautiful, old-style architecture with great views of the Vistula river and Old Town.

Liked: Great location! The room is simple but the view is superb! Breakfast is very basic and the staff do not speak (much) English. I would definitely stay there again if I went back to Warsaw.

Liked: very nice location, just in front of the plaza of old city centre. you can get most of the places which travellers visit on foot. Though the elevator was not working, but staff are very attentive, lots of reasonable restaurants around the hotel, beautiful scenary. This hotel made my impression of warsaw much better.

Liked: We had a very large, well furnished room with a fantastic view of the heart of the old town of Warsaw. It made the long trek up four flights of stairs worth the exercise!

Liked: Unrivalled location right opposite the Royal Palace in Old Warsaw, just a few metres from a direct bus to the centre and airport. Great rooms, large, high ceilings, my room had a balcony overlooking the Palace!

Liked: Nice, clean good value rooms. Good location. One problem: breakfast was not organized well. There was not much food provided and it was not clear where to ask for more.

Liked: It has a good location in Old Town, made a nice change from staying in a hostel. The rooms are pleasant and spacious.

Liked: This hotel was quite good. Breakfast was done in a unique way...they put it on a table outside your room and you go out and get it and eat it in your room...very good when you are travelling alone. Beware, the reception doesn't speak any english...I managed to communicate with him by lots of hand signal and writing down numbers and some polish.
