26 July 2009	Customer review Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise, a short walk to the city centre. However it can be a very noisy hostel, for example there was a party going on at 2.00am which really disturbed my sleep on one of the nights I stayed there and one of the staff members seemed to condone it! The room we had was on a noisy street, and I must say the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Another thing I didn't like were the communal showers.	57%

18 May 2009	dianne cavanagh the hostel was clean and the staff friendly.. my only complaint is it took 24hrs to do my load of washing, and then when they did give it back, alot of it was still really wet, so now its really crinkley and smells!	82%
