Disliked: There are no towels for guests. No soap or shower-gel in bathrooms. Paid internet access.

Liked: Ola, one of the staff members, went above and beyond with helping us plan out our day! She's amazing! Very fun and wonderful experience!

Liked: I only stayed for 1 night, but I really enjoyed it. The hostel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good, walking distance from the old town and also the places to go out at night. It has a good atmosphere, with a nice living room/kitchen, good for socializing and meeting other travellers.

Liked: Stayed in the ensuit double in Helvetia Luxy. Location was very central to the Old Town. Clean, secure, breakfast included and free internet. Bit hard to complain with all that included really...

Disliked: The locals were a little noisy early in the morning, but closing the windows will reduce most of it.

Liked: Second visit. Staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful. WIfi accessable from room. The kitchen utensils could be improved: no vegetable peeler,no can opener and no grater.

Liked: friendly, excellent location, good breakfast. only slight downside is our room was right by reception which was a bit noisy, but it didn't really bother me!

Liked: Good breakfast; staff is really really nice and friendly. Pretty quiet at night, so that's great. It would be nice if they had thicker mattresses, but the pillows are nice. :) Really really clean. Lockers available for free too!

Liked: totally perfect!, great location, helpful staff, clean rooms n bathrooms... right smack in the middle... and convenient!! n vvalue for money... would i go bavk again? i did in it within a month! so there.. anytime i am in warsaw, i'll def stay here!

Liked: Staff were good, very clean, nice kitchen, good location. We had to pay for WIFI internet which initially we were not happy with as we have never had to pay for wireless in Poland. The price was very cheap for the WIFI however. We had to pay for towels which normally is fine, but they were the size of tea-towels, but again, low cost. We had a good stay and recommend

Liked: Only stayed one night but only cos everything else was booked out. Just lacking, won best hostel a few years back so clearly sold out because they had the AUDACITY to charge you for internet, when wi fi is basically free everywhere in europe. But that being said staff were pretty nice and even gave us breakfast when we had to leave early. Big rooms and clean if by that definition you mean you can smell the chemicals. Ok now I feel slack

Liked: some HostelsBookers were noisy during night that disturbed the other customers. It will be better to inform the customers that respect the quiet of people after 10 PM.

Liked: It has a good central location, and the hostel felt really homely and friendly. Great breakfasts, bread cheese, ham toast. The kitchen facilities were also really good.
