Liked: Nothing special, probably better hostels in Warsaw to stay at.

Disliked: No elevator, very old computers, tiny kitchen, "themed" rooms struck me as a little juvenile for a hostel.

Liked: very friendly staff. very good location in the ciity center and near the main train station. very clean. good lockers for everyone in the rooms.

Disliked: the check-in time at 3 p.m. is a bit late. It would be better to check in earlier.

Liked: This Hostel is perfect, everyone was very friendly and they had everything we needed. We went as a group of 9 and it was perfect. I would 100% recommed this hostel and would now always stay when visiting Warsaw. 60p a beer now could yuo go wrong ;)

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: The hostel is very well-located. It is original. The staff is friendly and is really committed to helping backpackers have a nice stay in Warsaw. You can put your bags in a quite big closet closed with a key, for which you don't have to pay extra money. There is a bar, in which some events are organized. Finally and more generally, this is a place designed for people to get together, with several common rooms, like the kitchen, the bar, or the "sofas and TV" room.

Disliked: I did not really enjoyed the bathroom, compared to other hostels. There are several of them, and at least in the one I used, there was nothing on the wall to put your towel on. There were 4 shower cabins sharing between them a common area, so it was not very private. But it was regularly cleaned by the staff.

Liked: The staff is great.They are so friendly and helpful people.Everything was wonderful.

Disliked: Sometimes room could be cold but if you say staff they can give you one more blanket.

Liked: Excellent staff, all day and night. Very clean with well serviced bathrooms and a good kitchen, a full bar, free coffee & tea. Beds were fine and good lockers. Location is excellent, central but just out of the way of the main street. Plus the night life organiser Eddie took everyone out every night of the week - a lot of fun!

Disliked: Not much to say..

Liked: Good clean Hostel, with a great location. Walked to all the major sites of the city.

Liked: They capture a lot of information about surrounding areas and present events and hang it on the walls. It smells good. The lockers on the rooms are quite big. They also have maps and other useful guides and offer them immediately.

Disliked: There is no milk for the coffee/tea in the kitchen. The bikes are the worst I have rented in my life. No breaks, no lights, no reflectors,... And that was the best one they had in that moment (all others had worst defects, nobody is renting bikes at this time). Seriously, if you don't plan to rent bikes all year round, then remove the information from web and walls. Moreover, the deposit is brutal. 400 zl deposit + ID. That is more that the present cost of the bike and the contract says that if you lose it you have to pay 700 zl plus the rental. It couldn't be more abusive.
