It was the closest hostel to the centre of town. The staff were accommodating when asked to change rooms because of condition of mattresses in first room.

Very good location. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. People staying there were sound. Staff though weren't very approachable and would get extremely defensive if approached with a problem.

I stayed in a private room and it was undoubtedly better than several 3-star hotels at which I've stayed in Poland. It's terrific value for the money, and has a fun atmosphere (including a common area with a collection of games, scheduled activities, and an on-site bar). There's a laundry service (which is quite useful, as laundromats in Poland seem to be uncommon), the rooms seem to be soundproofed, and each room has its own themed decor. This place was really a highlight of Warsaw for me.

This hostel has a great character and has huge, secure lockers to make sure that your stuff is locked up safely.
