Liked: friendly staff

Disliked: located in the top level of the building

Liked: First of all its location (in one of the main streets of the city) not far from all tourist attractions. We have stayed double room, so the room itself was big! More than enough place for you and your things. Helpful and friendly staff.

Disliked: The only disadvantage that we have found - its air ventilation system. I am not sure if they have A"C for summer time. All could be easily fixed with an opportunity to open the window.

Liked: The location is excellent but finding the entrance to the hostel might prove to be a challenge. The 2-person private room in which we spent the night was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and for those interested in current events they had updated lists of whats happening around town posted in the reception area (As an example of the lengths to which the staff members went to provide assistance and comfort). The breakfast was great!

Disliked: The interior design of the 2-person room was fairly intense, but thats merely my subjective opinion.

Liked: The red bed cover on our bed.

Disliked: There was no shower in the private room, had to use the one down the hall.

Liked: The kitchen and common room were really nice, and the staff were amazing. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the lockers were big enough to put all my important stuff in (though not my whole backpack). The location was good too-- easy to get from the train station, and close to most of the sites in Warsaw. Also, you don't have to wash your dishes! Just leave them in the sink!! Good place!

Disliked: The push-button showers were really annoying-- every 30 seconds or so the water would shut off and you'd have to push the stupid button again. I understand that it was to save water, but it was incredibly annoying. The sinks were the same way. Also, this isn't an ideal place for smokers, as you have to walk down 3 flights of floors to get outside everytime you want to smoke (and then go back up again). On the plus side, I didn't smoke as much...

Liked: good location. Good clean private rooms. Breakfast was ok. Friendly staff

Disliked: Information provided by staff about local area wasn't great. Was told by one staff member we could use the washing machine only to be told when we went to collect it that it was actually faulty and we shouldn't have used it. However despite these things I would still recommend this hostel.

Liked: Very central location. The receptionist was fantastic and took me through areas of interest and places to go. Very modern and clean facilities and huge room.

Disliked: They have a washer but no dryer.

Liked: awsome facilities, they have wii, dvd's, awsome kitchen facilities, great showers, cleans rooms, awsome staff just stay there really

Disliked: few stairs to get to the top but really just man up... its good for u

Liked: Location and very nice people from the hostel help us to find good places in Warsaw.

Disliked: nothing. I used to travelling around the world & the place is really recommandable!

Liked: At first the building is a bit is a bit scary, looking a bit old and beaten. But it's quite tidy and a nice place to stay.

Disliked: Just the showers that are on the 'press the button for 15 seconds of water', but that's no big deal.

Liked: Very, very helpful staff. Good information for the area. Nicely decorated and kept fairly well. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Disliked: Small bed with only a single duvet for two people (although we were given another by the helpful staff), only one toilet working, poor breakfast, showers a little basic and in a cold room.

Liked: Clean modern rooms with personal lockers. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations!! A nice common area to sit and relax and to meet other travelers.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: The location was great! We were a 15 minute walk from Old Town... 10 minutes from an awesome mall, and in the center of a great, people-filled street. Awesome restaurants left and right!

Disliked: Shared bathrooms even for the private rooms.

Liked: Other than the stairs, really goof location and a great place to stay while visiting Warsaw.

Liked: Awesome location, clean, incredibly nice staff. Didn't have time to stay for the breakfast but I'm sure it was good. Stayed in rome, a 4 bed room, was nice. Incredibly convenient to and from airport.

Disliked: The stairs, third floor, no elevator. Had to climb it with a suitcase several times, not fun at all. If you're a smoker prepare yourself. And one of the staff members gave me not so good directions somewhere which made me get lost in the suburbs of Warsaw for the whole day where nobody speaks English. I don't know his name but the other members of the staff were all great. If you're getting directions somewhere just double check.
