Liked: It's really nice and cozy place to stay. Location is great! Staff is friendly and helpfull. Chillin area/Kitchen is awsome:)

Liked: I truly enjoyed the location, free breakfast, the helpfulness of the entire staff, the plethora of maps and fliers for things to do in Warsaw, and the various people you can meet in the hostel at night. You never know who it will be!

Disliked: I think the only thing I can really say was that I booked a double room with two beds, but when we got there it was simply one BIG bed in the room.

Liked: Very clean dorm rooms, free ice tea, close to lots of nice restaurants and bars.

Disliked: The receptionists were helpful but not super friendly. Maybe it's a cultural thing.

Liked: Friendly staff who offer suggestions on what to do, where to eat, and good knowledge of the city. Good social lounge area. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Felt at home. Courteous people staying there.

Liked: Really clean, cool and trendy. It's right on one of the main streets in Warsaw and just a short walk from the main town. Breakfast (which we paid 10zl for) was good. Beds were really comfortable! I really liked this hostel overall.

Disliked: We found some of the staff a little rude/unhelpful a couple of times but this wasn't a major issue as we were only staying there one night. I think they were probably just quite busy. Also, our room was next to the main street and quite noisy for a few hours when we had the window open. Choose one of the larger dorms on the other side of the hallway if you're planning to stay a few nights.

Liked: Friendly staff, free internet, cheap but nice breakfast, sociable environment, tidy and well-equipped rooms, secure facilities, clean showers.

Disliked: Not much water pressure in the showers but it was on the top floor so it wasn't really their fault...

Liked: The location. Most of the staff is really friendly, the guy in the reception gave me a lot of tips about where to go, what to visit, where to eat so he was quite nice. Free computers + internet

Disliked: I booked a 10 bed dorm for 2 nights. The 1st day were 11 beds in my dorm, and the 2nd...12!!!!! When I complained about it the girl in the reception said that some people wanted to stay longer so she couldn't kick them out, because it was "unfair". So...is it fair to book a 10 bed bedroom and then to sleep in a 12 bed one?? Also, the bathrooms are really small and there is no dressing room which makes the showers really uncomfortable.

Liked: On the very center of Warsaw, new, clean. Lots of information about the city, touristic routes, etc.

Disliked: 3rd floor without lift in old building. Poor security in the baggage room.

Liked: They've got all the details right here: lockers next to each bed, warm duvet, good facilities, free tea and coffee, dishwasher(!), WIFI. Lovely location, and the stairs really aren't such a bother.

Disliked: The dorm seemed to be a bit over-heated: it was too hot even thought two windows were wide open. I assume the hot weather caught them by surprise.

Liked: Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great recommendations from them!! Room was huge, plenty of space to put your stuff and having a locker is always a plus!

Disliked: The stairs!! All the way on the top floor, makes you realise how unfit you are!! But apart from that nothing!!

Liked: Good location in city centre and convenient to take bus-tram to further places.

Disliked: Room was quite small one, with no places to normally put bags, the window was so small, just for taking fresh air. TV was not working all the time, showers not always provided by hot water. At night time and early morning here was not silent, anyway it was written to respect other visitors and not to make noise.

Liked: I stayed in this hostel only one night. The location was very good and convenient for me as I was leaving very early in the morning. It is in the historical centre of Warsaw on Nowy Swiat street and many transport routes run through it. The bus stop is right outside the hostel building. The property itself seems to be nice too.

Disliked: It was a bit cold in the shower rooms

Liked: the staff was incredibly helpful upon arrival to the hostel. went through the must do's and must see's for about 20 minutes.

Disliked: nothing
