Disliked: The building is not visible from the outside and there is no other indication of its existence...gives a eerie feeling tot he travellers coming at night

Liked: the room were clean.

Disliked: maybe they could add some locks to the WC doors, so people wouldn't have to keep it closed themselves by pulling on it while they're pooing.

Liked: warm, pretty room

Disliked: location- nowhere nearby to buy something hot to eat at midnight, also having to take the tram into the centre wasn´t ideal. Getting to the hostel via their instructions was not easy at 23.15 at night- was not clear where the bus stop was.

Disliked: it was very hard to find even for the cab driver, it was not close warsaws attractions and the staff was unfriendly and unwilling to help when we asked if there was anywhere to eat or order food they sent us to a closed down restaurant and then said they would not order food for us, later we found out a lot of places around would have delivered food at the hour.

Liked: Very welcoming and friendly staff that let us keep our luggage at the hostel and use the showers even after checking out (we participated in the 32nd Warsaw Marathon). Also, se booked a room for four, but eventually arrived three only. We did not have to pay the full price, thumbs up for that!

Liked: Clean rooms and lots of space.

Disliked: A little far from the city. The people working there weren't so helpful and it's not the kind of place you could meet people easily.

Liked: Close place to park in the shadow.Great choice of kitchen utensils.

Disliked: Sheets & linen are DIY. Twin room with a shower in the corner is sold as "double ensuite"

Disliked: The bed mattressess should be replaced with some new ones.

Liked: the place is frightening, its an old wooden house in the garden of a hospital. the beds are uncomfortable. staff is nice, internet in the reception on one computer is free.

Liked: Garden Villa is located near the tram with easy access to the city center, clean rooms, and accommodating staff. While everything was good, nothing was great, and the kitchen was rather ill-equipped which was a bit annoying.

Liked: I love this place. It is amazing in the summertime. The staff is very friendly. It is clean. There is a beautiful big room with TV set and balcony to meet other travellers. The house is old and beautiful. I had a very special time there. It is near the best places of Warsaw. It is well connected to public transport.
