Customer reviewVery helpful staff - our plans changed, we ended up in Krakow for a night that we hadn't expected to be there, so we didn't have a place to stay that night. Mama's didn't have any space left for that night, but they went to the trouble of finding another place for us to stay. |

Customer reviewThe most friendly and helpful staff I ever experienced at a hostel or a hotel. The building, which hosts the hostel is beautiful, it is situated in the most beautiful street of Krakow, they not only have bread&jam for breakfast!!!, tiptop clean and comfortable. You feel like being home or visiting good friends. A place I would always come back to! |

Customer reviewIt was a little hot in the room when sleeping. Krakow is crazy cool though and they are in the best location to enjoy a night out on the town and go sightseeing. People were really friendly, could use a bar though. |
