Liked: EVERYTHING!, The staff were fabulously friendly and helpful, there was a great common area with comfy couches and free internet, great place to meet people! it was in a great location! This is probably the best hostel i have stayed in!

Liked: They are super nice and try to really help you see the city and have fun. One of the best hostels, if not the best, I've ever stayed at.

Liked: the living room/kitchen, coffee and tea all day, breakfast, nice staff I had originally planned to stay six nights and paid the entire sum, but when my plans changed halfway through the week they were very kind, refunded the cost of the last three nights and helped me book my bus ticket & everything.

Liked: everything. the staff are lovely and very helpful, rooms are great and heated nicely in winter. one of my favourite hosterl yet.

Disliked: have to lug baggage up 3 flights of stairs, but worth it!

Liked: Huge kitchen, great location.

Disliked: The windows do not close very well in some rooms. So in winter consider not sleeping in the beds close to them.

Liked: The atmosphere, is not a very crowded hostel. nice kitchen.

Disliked: Blankets were small but the staff gave us extra ones when we asked, so OK! Bathrooms were cold. It's on the 3rd floor I think.

Liked: I liked a lot Mama's Hostel, people of the staff were very helpfull, rooms clean and comfortably, even breakfast was pretty good.

Disliked: Only one guy from the staff, a little bit absentminded, forgot to book for us a trip to Salt Mine. But another girl solve all the problem in a while in so kindly and polite way.

Liked: The hostel is located right off of the main square, so it's extremely easy to walk anywhere and get back. The beds/linens were clean, they offer free breakfast in the morning and free coffee and tea any time, and they have special events too, like serving cake and soup on different days of the week. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions, and the free internet was very convenient. Overall, it's an awesome hostel, one of the best I've stayed in, and it was pivotal in making our experience of Krakow a great one!

Disliked: There are lots of bars in the area (like everywhere near the main square), so if you're hoping to go to sleep early (i.e., before 3 am on some nights) make sure you bring ear plugs!

Liked: The hostel couldn't be in a better location, only half a block away from the main market square in the Old City. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was decent, the rooms were clean, there is free internet and wifi, showers were hot (although the cubicle is a bit small) and decent kitchen facilities. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Disliked: The shower and bathroom basin were mostly clean but looked like it could be a little cleaner. Only a very small gripe.

Liked: the staff were very friendly and helpful, it is easy to met people, brekkie was good and the location great, good value and worth a stay.

Disliked: one staff member was intent on instigating awkward partying, which was slightly horrible for all involved, and if you wanted to sleep on a saturday before midnight it may be difficult depending on which room you have (and the pillows were stones)

Liked: The atmosphere is very friendly...it really looks like a mama's house. The place is very cosy. And everything is very clean, what means a lot to me.

Disliked: I think the only negative point is that the "party room" is very near to the bedrooms, so if somebody wants to sleep and there's a party going on, it's impossible!

Liked: Everything was amazing. They have special nights with wine or spaghetti or cookies.. that makes for a very nice atmosphere and it gets everyone together talking. The location is amazing. Yes you have to go up some stairs but it is only two flights so it can be tough with your suitcase but it is extremely worth the effort.

Disliked: The only negative I can think of is that the internet connection is not great but it was good enough so nothing to complain about!

Liked: EVERYTHING! This hostel is amazing! Right in the centre of town and easy to get everywhere. The staff are AMAZING, always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, rooms large and beds very very comfortable! They have events every night which makes it easier to meet people plus the kitchen and common room were amazing. I would definately recommend this hostel to anyone and will be coming back if i stay in Krakow again.

Disliked: Its about a 10min walk from the train station and slightly confusing instructions but definately worth it when you get there.
