Liked: The hostel is in a fantastic location. A great vibe through the whole place! Computers available, kitchen and living room are big and friendly.

Disliked: Not much. The rooms don't feel secure and aren't locked most of the time.

Liked: It had a lot of character and the location was amazing!

Disliked: We didn't know the hostel was on the top florr of a building so it was quite difficult to find after a 9 hour bus ride....

Liked: Clean and very centrally located! Great value and had lots of information at the hostel about things to do in and around Krakow.

Disliked: We had a couple of loud hostel-mates, but that's not the fault of the hostel!

Liked: Unique place with a wonderful atmosphere. Very cosy!

Disliked: Some of the rooms led off the communal living area so noise can be a bit annoying.

Liked: Best hostel I've ever been to. Spectacular staff, good events, helpful and friendly. Very cheap as well. Would stay in a Mama's everywhere if available.

Liked: Very clean and comfortables, free Internet access!

Disliked: There is a club 2 floors below the first night was no issue however the second the music was much louder and went on until 4am!!

Liked: very close to the main square, very close to transport links, free internet, you will meet people here through the activities each night

Liked: Amazing 4 nights in Mama's Hostel. Receptionists were very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. The showers were very good and always clean. The room was basic but that was good enough for us. Situated in a great place. Overall a perfect Hostel and easily would stay their again if we go to Krakow again.
