Liked: Felt like home. Nice kitchen, computers, balcony and even a guitar. If like me you want a hostel for meeting people and party, this is the right place.

Disliked: Showers tend to be a bit crowded in the mornings.

Liked: Staff were very nice and they make a good effeort to be helpful and smiling, great location near the square and it is frequently cleaned with plenty of hot war for showers.

Disliked: A bit loud at night from the street and the luggage room key was just given out to people the one time I asked without a member of staff accompanying them so it's not entirely secure though there are lockers in the room and the bedroom can be locked.

Liked: great location, super cheap, nice employees, the breakfast is good value and the place is pretty clean

Disliked: only four toilets for the whole place... also if you are planning on getting a good nights rest do NOT stay here, this is a party hostel. they have quiet time from 11-6 which is not enforced at all.

Liked: Amazing staff! And the pasta, yams! :D Kitchen calls you to cook and there was always someone cooking and sharing their cooking's. Staff helped with everything, whether it was a matter of where to find a bus station to writing a note when I wanted to buy a train ticket.

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: Really good location, just off of the main square. Brilliant atmosphere in the hostel and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Quite a good choice for breakfast and fairly good kitchen facilities. Good amount of showers/toilets too especially as it is a large hostel.

Disliked: The 12-bed room is pretty cramped but the rooms for smaller numbers seemed fine. Quiet time is not always observed, so don't stay here if you want a good night's sleep! We did hear a member of staff telling people to be quieter but she was joining in at the same time so that was pretty pointless.

Liked: This is a really homely hostel. The staff are good and will put yu on to all the events going on in Krakow during your stay, which is so useful. Location is perfect.

Disliked: The cooker is ridiculously difficult to use.

Liked: Free wifi, free breakfast, great kitchen, comfy beds. Excellent location

Disliked: place was soooo hot. A ceiling fan would be great.

Liked: The front desk people were nice and helpful.

Disliked: Dont stay here if you want to sleep. They have no rules on noise. I didnt sleep a second while I was there. I am all about partying, but there comes a time when silence is necessary.

Liked: This was an excellent hostel. Everyone was incredibly friendly and all the staff were very helpful. Every night there were organised events for travellers to mingle and socialise. There was a great atmosphere and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. There was free internet and the location is just a street away from the Main Market Square. This is the place to stay if you are going to Krakow.

Disliked: Everything was pretty great. The only thing was that there were only 4 bathrooms/toilets so there were sometimes a bit of a wait to get in there.

Liked: I loved Mama's hostel. The location is fantastic, great relaxed and fun atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and have a great time.

Liked: The receptionist was so polite and helpful (and very pretty). The condition of the rooms and bathrooms was excellent; four computers with free wi-fi; great kitchen and dining area; secure rooms; lockers in the rooms; luggage storage room. I met some really friendly hostellers there also.

Disliked: Carrying luggage up the stairs, which could have been lit up better, was the only negative for me.

Liked: has been the best hostel i've stayed in. the staff were great and the special nights they have were lots of fun. loved the balocny where you could go out to sit down or a cigarette. breakfast was very good and was a great hostel to meet people.

Disliked: there could have been a sink in the bedroom and bath mats on the bathroom. however, all the good things about mamas made up for this!

Liked: Great party atmosphere

Disliked: if you are looking for a relaxed place to stay this might not be the best choice. When I was there, a lot of people in the party mind set. This can be good or bad depending on you!
