Laina TorresGreat place to meet fellow travelers, great location very close to the Jewish Quarter which has great traditional live music, and the Main Market Square always has something going on and good places to eat. Staff very helpful and makes you feel at home. |

Ian TurnerDo NOT stay at this hostel IF: you like to keep away from interesting and sociable travellers from a wide range of backgrounds and nationalities; you enjoy trekking in to the city centre from more than half a minute out; you prefer surly, unhelpful staff who don’t care whether you have a good time let alone write up the best things to do each day; you favour shabby, bland or tacky decor; you like dirty or uncomfortable beds; you’d rather pay for the Internet and laundry; you don’t want to meet wild-but-ever-accommodating one-man-social-guide Jasper (who likes to pretend to be called James); you’d prefer not to have free vodka, wine, cake and dumpling sessions; you wouldn’t like to sit on a wooden balcony overlooking a picturesque courtyard; you’d be inconvenienced by a spacious locker in your room; you dislike the idea of paying significantly less than ten euros a night; you’re feeble-minded and thus don’t like ‘The Big Lebowski’; you’d rather not feel included by everyone present in whatever they are doing in order to make the most of the charming and vibrant city of Cracow. If you’re any of these things, this isn’t the hostel for you. |

Customer reviewI love that it is a small hostel with a great common room and kitchen where we all hang out together every night. It was so easy to meet people and James was a great party manager:) The staff was very helpful and able to answer all my questions, everything is very clean, I love the in room lockers, free laundry and internet. It feels like a home here and I don't want to leave!!! |

Customer reviewRoom was cold, there was no heating on. On my last night a portable heater was put in my room for a couple of hours - it was definitely needed! |

Customer reviewGreat location. Very clean. Safe. Good common area with internet and TV. Great place to meet other travellers. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is very basic, but works. The only down side of the hostel is there is a club of sorts downstairs two flights that was loud on a couple nights. Nothing some ear plugs can't help... |

Rune Berven-HanssenIts not funny, it was one of the better hostel I have stayed at. The staff was really helpful and there is much love in the air. Its a lot of people her and its like coming inn and you feel welcomed, so its a good place to meet people and to stay. Safeness is a good question, they have a gate, a door and lookers so be friend whit everyone and you will have a good night sleep. Value for money? well, when you get a breakfast you save money don't you? |

Customer reviewHomey, friendly hostel in an ideal location close to everything. Extremely clean with social guests and helpful staff. Wouldn't call it a party hostel but you are almost guaranteed to meet quality people. |

Joshua PetersonWe were watching a film and the reception girl brought us freshly made popcorn. The staff are adorable and very helpful. Theres at least one full time cleaner and its constantly spotless. Also they have fun free stuff like vodka tasting and peroggi making every night. Probably the best hostel Ive stayed in. |
