Customer reviewIf the staff was NOT so impolite I would have given them a better rating. But they were impolite. They do NOT know how to run a business. they do NOT know how to make decisions. |

Kristy JudsonThis hostel was amazing! We arrived in the evening after a very long day, tired and hungry only to find that there was a Polish speciality dinner waiting for us on arrival (free of charge) and it was delicious as was breakfast the next morning. I would certainly recommend to anyone! |

Customer reviewThis was fantastic!! The girl who booked us in was incredibly helpful, and sat us down and explained all about Krakow. She recommended a free walking tour, which was fantastic, and a restaurant that was *amazing*. The best hostel stay & one of the best holidays I've had, by far! |

Eszter TomposIt was a fantastic, youthful hostel with a great, friendly staff. I enjoyed every single minute of my stay, not to mention the city itself. I am sure, that we'll visit Krakow and the hostel again to have an other amazing experience. For me the whole apartement was an intercultural center with many interesting people from all over the world. Everyone should give a chance to Greg&Tom Hostel, you won't regret it! |

Customer reviewGreg and Tom 2 - private rooms- were excellent. HOWEVER, they need to differentiate between a twin room and a double room. They are not the same thing. I booked a double and got a twin and the beds don't fit together properly. It may have been an error but either way, I didn't gett the room I booked. Wifi would be fantastic at number 2 as well. It's annoyinng to have to keep going back to number 1. |

Customer reviewThis hostel is the best value for money we have come across in our travels, and I would highly recommend it!! The breakfast is amazing, especially considering it is included in the price. Greg Tom II is a 5 min walk from the main hostel, where reception and breakfast are, but we found that it wasn't a problem at all. There is a fabulous kitchen and washing machine in the apartment and everything was incredibly clean. The location is great and the staff are very friendly and available 24/7. If only all hostels were this well run and well priced!! |

Ryan WatsonConsidering how much was on offer for the price: food, films, towels, internet, tv etc, it was extremely good value for money. A high recommendation for anyone I know who's going to Krakow and I'm sure we will be back at some point! Thank you!! |

Alison PottingerThe staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were delicious. The hostels are both in great locations with close proximity to the train station and city centre. It is one of the best hostels I have stayed in. |
