Liked: Fantastically helpful friendly staff with great local knowledge. Nice atmosphere. Good breakfasts. You can book onto tours easily. Free BBQ is good. The hostel is really really clean. Lockers are secure and the hostel feels safe.

Liked: It is a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and we had a 4bedded to 2girls...luxury!!!Would definately stay again and recommend this hostel

Liked: this place is awesome i meet loads of great people and the staff are super nice they even take you out at night and show you around and give you drink promotions and you pay nothing!!

Liked: This hostel is located in Kazimierz, which is my favourite area of Krakow. The hostel staff were extremely helpful and friendly; there was always a pub crawl/barbecue/something on in the evenings; free breakfast (cereal/toast/coffee/tea) in the mornings; lockers in the rooms; very clean place; awesome outdoor drinking area and cool common room. So good I stayed an extra night!

Liked: take you out for pub crawl,so agood way to meet others and free barbie sometimes

Disliked: I had arranged with them to go on a tour to the Salt mines at Wieliczka in the morning, but was given the wrong time and accused of not being their for the bus.They didn`t admit to their mistake which was undeniable and i lost everything, not customer friendly of them, and i`m not a happy bunny!!

Liked: Great location in the old jewish quarter, friendly staff, friendly hostel, nice and laid back.Hostel puts on a variety of activities to help you mingle such as free vodka and meet the staff for a party on sunday.

Liked: The staff are really great - friendly and very efficient and quick. The location is perfect, 1 minute from the square at the Jewish Quarter, 15 mins from the big square. 6 bed dorm rooms have plenty of space, the 8-bed is a bit cramped but big enough. Lockers too.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and the hostel (including bathrooms) was spotless. When staying at a hostel there is nothing that makes me happy more than cleanliness. Momotown gets my highest marks.

Disliked: The Wifi did not work very well and the lockers (at least in my room) had no back. Although they were heavy I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to move them away from the wall and take everything from inside.

Liked: Momotown was absolutely amazing. Although I initially booked two nights, I ended up extending my stay here three different times. Free breakfast- bread, jams, cheese, cereal, milk, coffee, tea. Every other day there is a free barbecue with Polish sausage. Good common areas with great opportunity to meet people. Other than this, great location in the center of Kazimierz, the Jewish district.But, the best? Very friendly staff. Awesome! Helpful, relaxed, cute. Marysia is has the best insights into Krakow as far as where to go and how to get there. Natalia and I went to Kitsch three nights in a row without sleep and went out for pierogi's. Pawel, the owner of the hostel, is completely generous with a big heart.It sounds like I am exaggerating, but honestly, this staff was cool and laid back. I love them a lot.

Liked: The staff were very very helpful and friendly. the rooms were nice and the communal kitchen is huge and very clean! the breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the hostel had a very laidback but also very fun atmosphere. one of the best hostels I've stayed in a long time.,
