Liked: The staff here are really nice, Daria in particular is an amazing person who goes out of her way to help those who need it. The place can be quiet during the day which is great if you want a sleep in then nightlife is great with so many good bars and clubs in walking distance

Disliked: Perhaps more shower facilities and cleaned more than once a day. It is good to have breakfast on offer but it could be better.

Liked: The location was really nice- a short walk to the old town and to plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. It's also very easy to find. The crowd that stays here is a younger one, as either encouragement or warning.

Disliked: The place was fairly loud and it seemed that it took a long time for the bathroom to be cleaned, which was pretty gross after someone threw up in them.

Liked: It's warm vibrant atmosphere, staff and good facilities.

Liked: Situated in nice Jewish quarters.

Disliked: We woke up during the night to a lot of noise which the staff didn't seem to care about. People where sitting right outside our window, shouting and singing loudly.

Liked: I had private ensuite and it was so great that it was like a flat....it was quiet, but in center and if you want to go to clubs it was perfect localization too. Breakfast in price. Clean, 24 hours reception. Perfect.

Liked: This is the best hostel I have stayed at in Europe all the staff get 10/10 for going out of there way to make sure the guest are happy .I'm in tourism in Australia and do this job as a liven .anybody heading to krakow stay here you won't be disappointed at all . I can't say enough great things about this place it has been one of the high lights of my trip

Liked: The staff was wonderful with a positive attitude. very helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed..

Disliked: couldn't get the wifi to work from my room

Liked: The staff spoke English and had good local knowledge. We had a private room which had a small kitchenette. The drains started to smell really bad with the en-suite though.

Disliked: The drains. We had to wlak 5 mins from the hostel to where our room was, though not the end of the world.

Liked: The whole staff was superb, but Daria in particular was amazingly friendly, helpful, insightful, smart, kind, and was the best embassador for your business that you could possibly ask for. We took all of her suggestions on food, sightseeing, performance, and bike rides and she suggested places and things that seemed totally appropriate to us, a family with a 13 year old, not just your typical 20 something hosteler. We loved her.

Disliked: Nothing. IT WAS GREAT

Liked: Very friendly, very helpful staff made the place a pleasure to stay in! Very interesting, pretty location in Kazimierz as well.

Liked: Close to Kaziemirez, restaurants, pubs and music. Lots of information.

Liked: I loved the location. We were not aware that the actual apartment was right above a restaurant in the heart of the old Jewish Town Square. Staff were friendly and helped us with transport and arranging tourist activities.

Liked: I meet some really good person there and thé staff,i mean the 3 girls working there are pretty friendly.

Liked: Good breakfast, ran late if you slept in...helpful staff, girl rang her friend to find us a suggestion for somewhere specific to go to watch a sporting match

Liked: Good recommendations from staff for taking in tourist sites. i.e Auswich-Birchenau on tour rather than by self as much more convenient; visit to Zakopane as I wanted to go hiking in a national park. Able to have a private single room but also ended up staying extra night and sharing with great people.

Liked: Good location. friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean with all required linen and provisions including a kettle and a fridge. I was able to book tours via the reception.

Disliked: Tiny bathroom.

Liked: Great place, helpful staff and superb location 15 mins walk from the main station (outside the main tourist zone too which worked for me).
