Liked: the interior of the hostel is classic old style design. amazingly clean and comfortable, with a little garden for book reading or relaxing. highly recommend, will come back again if there is chance

Liked: Excellent location, helpful staff, VERY CLEAN, free internet. Well worth staying in if your in Krakow! Stayed in double room, was really nice. TV room with DVD's, free breakfast. This was one of the occasions where it was hotel quality for hostel prices

Liked: Helpful staff and high standard of ensuite bathroom. Location to the centre of town market square and wawal castle was an interesting walk to navigate albeit only 15-20 minutes on foot encompassing a market, shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, talkative, sociable and considerate.

Liked: The staff were super nice and really went out of their way to make our stay in Cracow the best it could be!

Liked: The staff were friendly and the private double room had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple with one roll per person and as much cereal and tea and coffee as you wanted. (The chocolate muesli was very good) The only complaints would be that the shower had luke warm water and the location wasn't ideal but all in all a very nice place to stay

Liked: Great cereal in the mornings! The staff put up with our millions of questions, also. The private 4-person room was very cozy. It was a great hostel.

Liked: the atmosphere was very nice but I was disappointed when we didn't get any help with phone reservation of a simple thing as an air coach... especially since they post it as one of their services.

Liked: We had a very nice room (the Pigeon Coop). Breakfast was good and just about everything else was free. Very close to city centre and staff were very helpful.

Liked: It was super clean, good location and offered free internet for guests. The availability of bike rentals was much appreciated and the staff was always willing to help book day/museum excursions.
