Liked: We really like the hostel. Our Room (Le Cabaret) was very well decorated, the toilettes were clean and working. We were asking information for three different staff and all of them were very friendly. You can borrow a towel and you just need to leave a deposit of 10pln (polish money). Easy to get there by transport, but my wife and myself we were walking to go to the centre of the city and also to come back.

Disliked: Nothing particular, just if you have problems to climb some stairs you must consider that they do not have lift. Also, we were in the third floor, which is far from the reception and in the last night there was a noisy group that did not respect the other guests.

Liked: The stuff is great very shine and helpfull .Rooms are incredible clean! In fiftheen minutes you are in the center and the street is incredible easy...

Liked: Everything was vert clean and all of the staff members were extremely helpful. They helped us book tours and find transportation for anything we needed. They even helped us find an awesome place to eat!

Disliked: The shower was difficult to figure out; it took us awhile to get hot water working, but the staff helped us so it all worked out!

Liked: this is an excellent hostel. lots of character (love the decor!), very clean, comfiest beds ever, large rooms, great common room and good location. excellent value for money, i would recommend this hostel to everyone.

Disliked: oven didnt work but the grill did. apart from this, everything was great.

Liked: I was travelling to Krakow on my own and the Deco Hostel made me feel very welcome, I would not hesitate in recommending this Hostel to anybody. The staff are friendly and my room was immaculate. In fact I'm already thinking about going back

Liked: The Deco Hostel in Krakow is the best hostel I have ever stayed in, bar none! Wonderfully clean, beautifully decorated, friendly and helpful staff (they even arranged my visit to Auschwitz), breakfast and hot drinks all thrown in (as well as a sandwich, made fresh every day), a great 'chill out' room with DVDs and an X Box 360 and they'll even do your laundry (the first load is free). All in all a wonderful place to stay and I shall definately return.

Disliked: If anything, the only two gripes I had were that the building has no elevators and it can take about fifteen to twenty minutes to walk to Old Town and half an hour to the train station should you wish to travel further afield (I took the train to Warsaw, highly recommend it) but these are very, very minor gripes so please do not be put off.

Liked: The Hostel isn´t directly in the old centre but for us Berliners was the 15 minutes footpath not any more than the daily way to the underground. The atmosphere of the Hostel is great. The Art-Deco rooms are created with love for the datail. A nice place to stay.

Disliked: All was fine.

Liked: I've stayed at hundreds of hostels in Europe and this is by far, THE BEST. The owner and staff are really warm and friendly, the hostel is AMAZINGLY CLEAN and the beds are the most comfortable one's I have ever slept in. You'll sleep really well here and, the common room is amazing - they have a selection of DVD's and XBOX games and a big, beautiful plasma in the common room. Breakfast is fine, showers and toilets are fantastic. I can't imagine why anyone would write anything bad about this place, you won't find anything better. If you don't stay here, your time in Krakow will not be the same.Thanks guys,Marcus

Liked: very nice hostel clean and beautiful, very helpful & friendly staffs, free breakfast and hot drinks was wonderful with super low price.. I would recommend to others!

Disliked: Its not in the center, need about 15mins walk, not close to train station, its 20 minutes walk to the station.

Liked: personally, everything was great. the hostel was clean, had a good atmosphere. the outlook was lovely. also i liked the service, foe example delicious break fast, hot drink for 24 hours, free TV game and dvd, lending towel,. further more the tuff were friendly and helpful, and other tourists were nice as well. one more point, the price was very economical.

Disliked: nothing!

Liked: the hostel has character about it especially the ground floor the recieptionists speak good english and molly has charm

Disliked: get up early or ask the recieptionists to put your salad roll away for you other people take more than they should only 1 roll per person

Liked: the staff speak good english they are pleasant you can relax in the communial garden or in the breakfast room and the lounge really enjojed our stay the double room lovely going there a lot more times in the future my friend leslie has been 4 times with other friends he rates it very highly william leatherbarrow st helens merseyside near liverpool england
